Workman Thai why change to hydraulic? Electric motor is the most efficient way to power a car. Hydraulics are powerful, but slow and lose a lot of energy through heat.

Nice conversion, I just fear the batteries in the front will be a big risk in case of an accident. There is a lesser chance of getting rear ended than head on collision.
Batteries up front... big mistake! Don't ever get in a front end collision because your battery packs will become a potential death trap. Would have been better for safety & weight distribution to mount them in the trunk, or spread out underneath the vehicle. The electric vacuum pump for the brake reservoir and HVAC controls could have been just as easily run off the main motor shaft with a larger reservoir for extended capacity when stopped or at low speeds. Seeing as it's a manual transmission, you could easily pre-charge the vacuum reservoir by running the motor in neutral for a few seconds before driving. The power steering you really can't do much about, since it needs to function on-demand except maybe have a pressure sensitive switch in the steering column to trigger the pump when needed.
If you're taking the fuel and fuel tank out, why not put some of that battery weight in the rear? So many conversions feel they need to pack everything up front...

Thinking the same thing. The engine might have been 500lbs, they need to put a cell in the back or maybe where the tank use to be. When Tesla released the original roadster it was based on the Lotus elise platform. They ended up stretching the car out, cutting a bunch of things a real expensive nightmare, ultimately an ice car isnt designed for batteries.
I like the idea of converting the car into electric. It has to be more simple for maintenance in my idea. In this case it looks more complicatef than the original motor !

Esas batería deben pesar lo que pesan dos motores y el centro de gravedad quedó demasiado alto. Mejor era colocar menos baterías y colocar sistema regenerativo en las ruedas posteriores así consumes menos, o el mismo motor trifásico en función regenerativa. Eso es cómo hacer las cosas por hacer

that motor is gonna overheat, i can promise you that. you need some good ramming air flow. cut out some holes on the hood or front panels and install cowels. make sure the cowels has a tapered ducting towards the motor.
