Awesome video mate. Shame you couldn’t take it on the track. The M3 xdrive does make a for a perfect car if you are going to juggle both daily and then use it for a hoon as well. 🙌🙌
I like how it tells you the gear you're in even in Drive. It would be nice if the std 3-series did that rather than just 'D'. Makes it that little bit easier to judge it right if you want to take over the gearbox quickly, but not be in manual control all the time.
Brilliant video. Love a road trip. We passed through Baden Baden and the Black Forest en route to Hungary in 2018 in my brothers early Conti GT. Both lovely places to drive though.

I got to ask your opinion pal, I have both the G80 M3xdrive and the Giulia Quadrifoglio on order and probably going to arrive very soon but my question is which of the 2 would you go for?? I swr the Nurburgring is a technically a toll road though so you wouldn’t have to have track insurance, am I wrong? Brilliant video mate enjoyed it a lot
It’s very very good on the m3. In comfort it is really nice and bump absorbing. More so than the Giulia sports plus it’s similar to the Giulia but the Giulia is a few hundred kg lighter
So which one you say is best: alfa romeo quadrifoglio or this m3 xdrive? Overall and also on different relevant aspects like driving, performance, comfort, etc. Thanks
Overall m3 XDRIVE. For a more involved drive when being pushed the QV for me still keeps you on edge more and is lighter and has a bit more emotion in my opinion but for all year round every day the m3 is better
Stef, I have to finalise my order for the M3 next week and I'm debating between Aventurine Red and Skyscraper Grey. Since you have seen the M3 in both colours in person, which one do you prefer?
The M3 has become a GT cruiser. Nothing wrong with that but it's no longer a sport car per se. It's actually slightly painful to watching these new M3's and M4's being slung around on the track. The wider tires are really taking a beating.
Mate u were so dramatic about a stupid undertray , it happens it’s not a big deal if it’s loose if u had cable ties on hand u could’ve even done it urself u were acting as if the car was gonna get seriously damaged or something
