Aren’t those 6spd transmissions in the GT’s known to be kinda weak? I know he doesn’t have to shift THAT slow but I know they still have to be kinda easy on their transmissions.
Zay i know the 11-14 gts like mine with the mt82s have high rpm lockouts but ive heard people say its a clutch issue and others say its the shifter so i would imagine the newer 6 speeds have their issues also

Why would you utter such nonsense? I own an M4 and haven't had a single error code for the past 45k miles on it. Neither did the 2 friends who owned one for 2-3 years ever do. Pretty much indestructible cars if driven correctly and maintained just like every car out there. Not even 0.1% engine failures or recall, nothing.
2:14 man those S197 stangs still look so good.. Some days I accept that the current Gen ones look okay... Then I see a 2010-2014 and see how much more awesome and unique they look.. New Mach 1 pretty dope though
Both of those m4 drivers obviously don’t know how to get off the line quickly lol. That was straight up embarrassing, not to mention, the first m4 literally gapped the distance and beat the first mustang with that terrible start too lmaoo

@@michaelbarajas2495 Actually the e63s has awd deactivation call drift mode that allows it to only be rwd. An e63s is a monster in roll races and is quicker than the f90 m5 from a roll. This m6 is from last generation so it would easily lose to this e63s from a roll.
@@talkditingsdem5799 I know that but who drag races in drift mode. Plus were not sure if the M6 is stock and it started pulling once they got up in speed. I'm a huge AMG fan but the new M5 comp would definitely take the E63
@@michaelbarajas2495 A roll race isn't a drag race my friend. We said from a roll and deactivating awd from a roll makes a difference. Also the awd in the AMG is rwd bias to begin. Well rather you believe me or not I own 4 AMG's so I know a few things about these cars. A f90 m5 cp is about a tenth second or two faster in the 1/4 mile than a e63s, it should because its lighter and have more horsepower but from a roll its a driver's race. But I was speaking about the none comp pack f90 m5 when i said the e63s is quicker.
@@StopWars420 2018+ dont crash. It is just the older models because they still have a solid live rear axle. The new cars 2018+ have IRS (independent rear suspension) allowing for more controlled and predictable power.
I really don’t see why people Drag BMWs, I’m a Beamer FanBoy and I myself know that BMWs were made for the track, not the Drag Strip. I think Digs are as far as BMWs can go as in straight line races. But besides that, The track is were they dominate.
From the sound of it the beemers actually won, only one lost. They are timed from when the car starts moving. This is not a race for who finishes first, but rather who finishes the fastest
Currently deciding between these two exact cars or a 2013 Boss 302. Had a GT mustang S197 for a long time. Out of the three choices, the one I really want is the M4. Although I wont lie in this particular video the S550 stang looks pretty good.
But there is a sad reality for u that A mustang is far better m4 and cheap as well as best sounding v8 And yeah it is also the best selling coupe car That was for your kind information U mustang hater😡
@@drravikumar2408 You're right, I am a mustang hater simply becuase the two that I have owned have literally been the biggest pieces of garbage I've ever owned. A hooker is more reliable than a mustang.
@@killakam123321 I'm not defending BMW, I wouldnt buy one of those either but my engine blew on my 15 GT with 30K miles and it was stock and my 17 EcoBoost gave me engine problems shortly after I bought it new. Fords suck. And yes BMW is probably more reliable
I disagree. I have a 2011 335is and I've raced several 10 speed GT's and haven't lost yet. Unless it's 6 speed manual, the M4's have a DCT transmission which is what my 335is has.
Another thing I must add as it seems I have had the most likes ever for this comment which is nice of people,, is. The bmw was probably running around 500 bhp just from a map, of anything the mustang was doing well,

Legendkiller you get what you pay for no matter who you get from honestly. I can’t think of a better car than a mustang GT for its price point in its segment. As for the German luxury cars the only real competitor is Cadillac. Comparing a mustang to an m4 is apples to oranges

But that mustang had drag slicks purpose built for drag strips. A manual makes absolutely no sense here, as you're going to get your ass kicked every time and get the worst possible results
@@torvasdh You wont get your ass kicked if you know how to drag race a manual properly. Putting a set of slicks on a car doesn't mean its built for drag racing either.
You can talk all the smack you want about the mustang with bolt ons and slicks (not needed) getting "spanked" but last time I checked, I didn't see BMWs running in any outlaw class or pro mod. which mustangs are very popular in and are some of the best runs on record.
I've had this happen. Open your phone's settings and find language (you may have to use a translator to understand all those strange words), change it back to English and you're good
