I feel like BMW did people a bit dirty by releasing this sometime after most of the people who were interested in the XM platform had already purchased the normal version.

Is it really that much better than X5M competition? I dont think the performance justify the price difference...

An X5M or X6M is faster and a lot cheaper and easier to drive, better handling, better braking, easier to park, cheaper to insure, easier on the brake pads, but this car will obviously get you laid with sexy eastern european women or balkan women much more than you were getting already with an X5 or cheaper car...women love high end BMW's no matter what we think...expensive cars get you laid with hot women even more than you were already getting, that is obviously one of the main reasons for them to exist...

XM is nice but it is already a failure (from a sales point of view). Nice car, completely useless in the M model line (it would have made more sense to offer an X7 with that hybrid system). Already found a brand new one on the German BMW Online Store for around 180k EUR. NEW!!! Most of them are still sold over 210k EUR but these prices are never really achievable. The prices are going to come crashing down in Europe, also because this car is not as "accepted" as an off-roader as the G class is. Sad. M GmbH didn't "need" this SUV, a X7 M or a X5 M Label would have made much more sense.
