Arguably the greatest athlete of all time. He had it all, strength, speed, agility, coordination and intelligence. He could have been a star in any sport he wanted. His being injured robbed the world of so many more great moments in sport. I watch his highlights often and never tire of them. I am so glad I got to witness the phenomenon that is Bo Jackson in real time. What a man!

I went to Auburn with Bo but never had the luck to see him on campus. The greatest accomplishment of Bo was never on the athletic field though, it was in front of the interview mic! When he came to Auburn, he had a stuttering problem. His early interviews clearly show his difficulty with stuttering. Yet, as the years wore on and the interviews continued, he overcame his speech challenges and blossomed into quite a gifted speaker. To achieve that in front of a national audience, no athletic accomplishment or award can ever equal that. That, is Bo Jackson's greatest and most astonishing feat!

Whenever I watch highlights of Bo, it only reaffirms for me that he was the greatest athlete of all time. Priviledged to watch him play against my Red Sox at Fenway. Watching him dig his pivot foot off first where the dirt was almost over his cleat, he took off like an F-15 to steal second. Truly believe if for not getting hurt would have been selected to both Hall of Fames.

Had heard in College at Auburn, he did a front flip for fun at practice when chasing a flyball. But Bo had great Class among others of not hot doging gestures ( unlike Mahomes over there in KC today) when making big plays. Jim Thorpe reborn, but better, faster, stronger. He was the real 6 Million $$ Man.

I was lucky to catch the 89' All Star game live on TV as a kid. Bo led off with a home run and Boggs followed with the next at bat. Still the most exciting All Star game I can remember. Loved it.

I was 17 years old when the Nike “Bo Knows” campaign took off during the ‘89 MLB All Star Game. The timing was perfect as he started the game with a lead off HR in the first inning. Bo was voted the MVP of the Game. In the NFL, he was a beast of a running back. No defensive player can take him down on a solo tackle collision above the waist. Had it not been for the dislocated hip injury in the 1991 NFL AFC Wild Card Game which ended his Football Career and stalled his Baseball Career for 2 years, we may have been looking at only the second athlete in team sports who is in 2 HOFs. The first is Wilt Chamberlain who achieved this in Basketball (NBA) and Volleyball (IVA) which is now defunct.🏀🏐 To me, Bo Jackson is not only the greatest athlete in my lifetime but possibly in the History of Team Sports. Just like Wilt, Bo did not have any weight training or PEDs. It was all natural muscle fiber. What we call superhuman DNA. The complete package: Power, Quickness, Speed, Agility, Timing, and Cerebral. All of his gifts were at the All-Star Levels of Baseball and Football. 🏈⚾️

My whole Pop Warner team went to see the Raiders play that game against the Bengals! Bo had 2 runs over 90 yards if I remember correctly. He was a God to us youngsters!
