Okay so, I seen 6sec and I am amazed. Questions... 1 how tall is your staff relative to your height? 2 How heavy is it? 3 What is the overall diameter including beveled? I would ask if you would make a vid of those questions. I also ask if you would use what I use as a staff which is a wooden dowel from a Lowe’s, Home Depot etc... as a staff I measure shoulder height give or take 1” tolerance, as a sword 4” shorter. I ask this as a request because I am still learning and I would upload a video for critique and pointers. I wish to speak more but I have asked enough. Thank you

I like the bo staff because it gives an individual an even footing while fighting up to 8 individuals at the same time.. I like how she labeled this beginners, but these moves would easily take out three people circling you in just a moment.. Great Vid..

It's flipped since she mentioned left hand and left foot when it was both her right. Just think of the video as the mirror.

How I wish I continued to make my body flexible when I was still a kid ..but now I cant anymore ..tumbling or jump high or back lif haha.im a female and 33 years old ..my body still flexible but cant do some flexible stuff ..was this hard though.that spinning staff on body seems fun and I'd tried some but it only hit on my face haha..sadly bo staff is not popular here in Philippines that's why I cant find bo staff at home..I only used arnis stick but it's too short and lightweight ..I cant find it on online selling too..

Did you notice that you say "okay" after almost every sentence? It would be better in my opinion when you leave it away and say nothing after the sentence or instructions. It is so repetetiv. No hate or something like that. I like your work :D
