Met dylan in 1991 in cleveland. He was very nice to me. Just ran into him walking . I looked up and he was walking towards me.

No, his songs aren't anywhere near as good as people pretend they are. This guy benefited greatly from how impressionable the baby boomer generation was and how much influence they had on culture. Coincidentally, a lot of his songs are good, but he was mostly in the right place at the right time.
