I started working internationally and saw a woman with a particular body type I’d never seen before. It hit me on a deep level. I was basically half awake/ware and half on autopilot( in my head digesting what I saw) for the rest of my shift. Like my nervous system was high-jacked. Her face was alright but the body. It didn’t make sense to me how I’d be affected by a normal looking (face-wise) woman. If what I experienced was a sample of what women go through when they see a fit to form man then stay in the gym no matter what!

i do tests. i go out in public wearing whatever and i get some looks. but when i dress nice with clean shoes, fitted wear to my body shape. the difference is huge. looks x10. from mostly attractive women. it is the peacock effect. nice body plus your attire *boom. just the other day this grocery worker started stocking the area i was in. and started a convo with me. caught her gazing 2 times before the interaction. i say hi and smile and interact with ppl everyday. now eye contact is very natural and convo is better.

I was wearing a fitted white dress shirt. I got caught in a terrible rainstorm.as I was waking home, about 4 different woman had something to say about to me in regards to me being wet. I definitely wasn’t the only one who got caught in the rain.

Get your reps in with talking to women in general. Young, old, big small etc. I turn it into a game at times. Get your reps in and every interaction becomes easier and easier.

Yessir! You have to stand out from the crowd of guys that all look the same. Just the fact that you take time to go to the gym and dress nice ( not necessarily fancy/over the top) will attract women to you. I believe uncle Rom said it best, you want the woman to react to you the same way a man reacts to a beautiful woman, by your appearance!

Uncle Rom, just finished my workout. By working in retail and then going into personal training, I have found that my timid nature + lean soccer player body has dissolved by talking to more people in general and hitting the gym seriously. I’m dialing in my tribe with a more masculine frame and I can tell how they look at me different and how smooth the conversations flow. Night and Day. Big ol’ Badunk women, too! Something I have learned as I have gotten older, 63 now, is that my body has zero-tolerance for anything but pitch darkness if I am going to sleep through the night. I don't know if this is you but I found using nightshades over my eyes and blackout curtains keep me in a deep sleep all night. Otherwise, I am up several times and it is a challenge to keep the mind quiet so you can fall back asleep.

I try to keep it as dark as possible myself because by nature I've always been a light sleeper. I use dark curtains as well. The biggest thing is quieting my mind which is something I work on.

same. no electronics 2-3 hrs before bed. meditate before sleep. topical magnesium spray helps calm the body to. just a few steps in learned in the book "sleep smarter".

Yea, been struggling with shyness for a while. But the thing is I get looks from women/attract women but it’s that starting a conversation part which is messing me up. Its probably because I hate small talk with a passion. Good things always happen when I break the ice with a slight joke or something though, might have to use that rather than a “hey how you doing”.

Came across Rom’s channel last week from the video him and Kev Samuels did from 2 years ago. Been watching his videos ever since and they’re all on point. As someone who is introverted, this couldn’t be more true. Humbly speaking, women have always complimented my face and my features. However things didn’t change for me until I got my body right and put on a good amount of lean mass. Nothing is better than having sex with a woman and she’s feeling up & admiring your muscles during the act. One of the best feelings in the world and that’ll send your confidence through the roof. Get your body game on point, gentlemen.

That helps a lot but yoi still need to take the initiative. I say you improve ypurself in all facets, not just the body but you social skills and being comfortable with and living true to who you are. Those fundamentals are the most important. It takes work and self awareness, but a strong foundation is impossible to shake. Then you still need to talk to more women, no matter how daunting it seems. Speaking from experience.

Men built like construction workers actually draw more attention than many realize. The reason is that ASPs are less than one percent of the male population and fitness model body builds are just as rare. Men really need to be in good shape and not out of shape and sloppy.
