You can’t buy a nice body as a man. Like it’s a conversation piece in itself. You get respect from everyone, you have to sacrifice, be disciplined, and suffer to obtain a impressive physique. You can’t lose working on body game. You can have as much money as you want but Amex can’t buy a six pack and broad shoulders.

Yep. At 14 my son went to an all boys high school in the mountains. All these boys did was school, lift weights, and scrap. When he graduated, he was 210lb of twisted steel. Cuz had all the church women staring when he came home. Sunday school teachers, wives, baby mamas, cougars, milfs, grannies, senior citizens, thots, and 304s. Has ZERO problems getting 🙀

It’s real easy. Walk in to a gym and see which ladies are taking inventory of you. If your body is on their radar, they will let you know that they ‘know’ you are there. It may be a subtle glance, a smile, or even a hello, but YOU WILL feel it. Women are just like men, they sneak looks. Most men, however, are invisible, but if you are on point, IT’s ON! I have been on both sides of the game, so I am acutely aware of how it works.

Greetings Bruh!, I was at the gym this A.M and almost got attacked by a young College girl. She followed me around the gym and placed herself directly in front of me and proceeded to bend over to stretch. I’m a 51year old with Locs, and a salt and pepper beard,….. I’m 6’3 245lbs and I have 10% BF. Asian, Indian( red dot)Hispanic, White and Black Women also do the same thing…. They ALL know that I’m Married! Old school body game REPRESENTING! PEACE AND BLESSINGS FAMILY!

I think since women can earn their own money now and are more independent of men nowadays, they don’t need a provider anymore so now attraction is all about looks and body, and is no longer about finding security from a man. I call it survival attraction which has now been outdated. But so many men still think that money game is still how you win in dating. Men who still think this way, get used. This is because men who play the money game tend not to think they should also work on body game cause most people are lazy. But now that women outnumber men in education, and in income in many cases, it’s more about raw primal attraction. This is a blessing. Cause it’s easier to go to the gym than it is to create a multimillion dollar business from scratch. But regardless we kings need to work on both money and body!

Let me add this, if you allow: even in body game you have to show it, you cannot hide it. A white V-neck white tshirt on a NOT LARGE size works perfect, it shows the body. The opposite would be a V-neck black r-shirt LARGE size. Rom has already talked about the clothes can expand or retract. Personally, on my daily basis, I like to be discreet, I basically only dress black V-neck shirts at a large size. BUT when I dress white V-neck shirts on a medium size, I notice the lust.

Man I from the south and we have black and white V-neck Tshirts for around $7 at many gas stations and those shirts on will grab more attention than an expensive outfit any day of the week when you’ve developed the body for it…they’re like what cheap leggings do to us as men when women see those cheap shirts hugging and fitting…it’s actually a financial hack

Keep a food journal and eliminate processed foods (except a few sauces, extra virgin olive oil, and full fat unsweetened dairy products). You'll lose the gut.

Funny I always check for your vids especially the body game ones. I was having a fun conversation with this younger coworker thru text. She's a cute mid 20s, latina with a big, round ass on her. A lot of guys at work have tried to get at her but "she doesn't like older guys and is picky". However she says there's one guy that she was crazy about and is a brotha whose jacked and swole. Truth. Happen to me my own experience as well. Was with my hot ex back in late 20s. She was mid 20s. I was single and planning to marry her. In the end she cheat on me with some guy in the same company different dept. The dude was same height like me. Age 30+ Married with 2 kids. But he has more mass than me. Im like slim 60kg didnt workout that time. 170cm. That guy was like 70-73kg. Not really muscular. Just occasionally ue work out in the co gym. Also he does outdoor sports. Dude even have another side chick on the different floor of the building. I was even driving way better car than him. Proof that if you have the body, lesser money, married with 2 kids and have another mistress, my ex was willing to dump me and be that dude 2nd mistress 😅😅

Body game is alive and booming! I do some of my workouts in a open field right next to a walking trail. And women would be looking as I workout, even turning heads after they passed me. Some even with boyfriends or husbands. One day I was at the grocery store and I love working on my shoulders, anyway this woman came up to me and started feeling and squeezing my shoulders for a few seconds and just walked away with a big smile.

Add kettlebell swings into your workouts. It is one of the best cardio exercises and releses HGH. Also the movement is great for sex as it requires a thrusting action which will benefit your bedroom action. She won't know what hit her

Funny part is, body game even works for us nerds and “lames”. Before I got clued into female nature in my late 20’s, my body game was so on point that I would attract women IN SPITE of my awkward behavior. Most dudes have no concept of a life where random women will literally walk up and reflexively touch your chest or arms. Im nowhere near that post Desert Storm jarhead fitness level I was back in the day, yet a woman at my job did exactly that just recently…while we were giving a presentation, on stage, in front of the entire company. So yeah, from one who knows, if you’re jacked and STILL having problems…there’s no hope for you. Lol

Rom you are definitely correct. I’m 55 usually average build leaning toward stalky. I usually work out regularly until i broke my femur. Well 2 years post femur break i been back working out. Using weights for tone but it is definitely noticeably the muscle added. I get a lot of compliments from women i know on the transformation many are married -not trying to hit on me but some are. I get complimented on appearance on the regular. I usually come into contact with women that haven’t seen me in a while and they react some kind of way. Born game definitely adds about 4 or 5 to a guys rating.

I've been serious about my physicality so, that I've gained 20lbs+ of muscle, got stronger and people can't resist telling me I look so strong and calling me sexy in person or social media. It's been difficult for me to improve my confidence because all my obligations as a men but I'm comfortable ofc.

Again today, I was westfield (shopping centre/mall( and uncle rom I saw average dude with very good looking females. You can tell they are dating. Saw tall females with short guys and you can tell they are dating. Saw this old dude who is working out with a good looking female who was about 21. Women go mad about my back. Stroking it as well.
