I think the X-1 has more control potential because it has less pop than the Legacy Pro but comparable power on your swings. Hope that makes sense! And to be clear, the X-1 has plenty of pop. Just not to the point where adding lead at the throat is necessary IMO. So, it's able to bring a ton of pop and power while being very controllable out of the box.
