"the body language of an abused child" I'm glad someone else pointed this out. Even before it's revealed that he suffered abuse as a child, it was pretty obvious in his overly compliant, submissive behavior.
Oooooo like when cries telling his story, after Daredevil saved him from the Irish? Bc that was a hard part to watch, having three little ones of my own, and hit me deep imaging losing mine.
@@samueltowell7190 fuck bro that hurt to watch especially when he mentioned the blood and meat spilling from his daughters face :'( I can honestly understand why he did what he did hell I would've done the same
Great vid! Joaquin’s Joker is great. Can’t really compare it to Heath’s Joker. Both fantastic in there own right. Even though they are both Jokers it’s like comparing apples to oranges as the old saying goes.
Damn, Joaquin did an amazing job as Joker. Netflix Daredevil spoilers below, don't read if you haven't watched it yet. Btw, do you think you could analyze some scenes from the Daredevil series on Netflix? Like, Daredevil and The Punisher arguing on the roof, or some of the court scenes? Idk, just a thought. Keep up the great work!
As someone who experience overwhelming social anxiety your videos are really helping me understand and being less afraid of people around me as well help me understand my own body and then mind.
@@enigmabodylanguage hey I should thank you brother, watching your videos has honestly helped me a lot in reading situations. And it's allowed me to better understand what a person may be thinking or feeling when speaking to them face to face.
Great video as Always mate! Just a quick question: could you possibly react or explain some of the body language in Netflix's Series "Dark"? I don't wanna spoil you so if you haven't seen it yet, don't read the next line but go watch the series :P I just feel like with all that relationship stuff going on in this series the reactions of the actors but more impressively the similarities between different actors representing a character throughout individual moments of their life/time, is really well executed. And there is also some neat subtle acting in there which I personally love the most since it really conveys the character's actual emotions etc. Greetings from Germany, have a good time ☺️
I have some requests that u can do please, if u can ofc: Jesse (Breaking Bad): 'I came to sell you meth' The Doctor (Doctor Who) : 'I could do so much more' Vincent (Doctor who) : 'Vincent Van Gogh visits the gallery' 12th Doctor (Doctor Who) : The Doctor's speech Jesse (Breaking Bad) : "Jesse figures out the truth about Brock' Jesse and Walt (Breaking Bad) : Final scene Rick and Negan (The Walking Dead) : 'Carl almost loses his arm to Rick via Negan's orders' Chuck and Jimmy (Better Call Saul) : 'Chuck gets tricked and lashes out in court'
From what I picked up that I didn't get first time watching the movie is that Arthur seems to get offended when Garry is made fun of. When he is clearly fake laughing it feels really mocking more then faking to agree. Pointing to the fact people found it funny when it really wasn't by over laughing.
@@rishaa682 I only point it out because he points out in the gun scene "He is fake laughing to fit in" and I felt like the motive was a bit different because the other people didn't even find it /that/ funny in the first place.
Not sure if I agree with 4:16 being a non-condition laugh. We don't know if he really stops laughing because he wished to or if the compulsive laugh just stopped 'randomly' at that point, maybe because he left the social setting for a second.
Could you analyze Shaun Murphy's (played by Freddie Highmore) body language in "The Good Doctor", or maybe Willy Wonka's (played by Johnny Depp) body language in "Charlie & The Chocolate Factory"? I think Wonka's body language would be very entertaining to figure out
Also something I picked up, that scene where he's in the alleyway when he's smiling, it's something that occurs with some people where they get extremely high quality vision type things of situations to do with another person and a lot of times they are violent. I know this because it happens to me aswell, I've never acted them out and intend to keep it that way but it's still an issue that doesn't get recognized as it's hard to explain as to the inexperienced person, they would just see someone going blank
Can you do a body language analysis video of the movie Midsommar? It's a perfect movie to analyse as it contains emotional neglects, trauma, and brain washing.
I don't like superhero films, but Joker was great. I ended up feeling like 'yeah, that could actually happen', unlike every other superhero-related film I've seen.
I would imagine it's a subconscious thing. Even if we think we don't need soothing, subconsciously our brains knows we need soothing. But that's just an opinion.
You should react to some of the scenes from Sons Of Anarchy there's a few characters in that show that are complex, and it's funny you mention the nickname happy one of the characters in the show shares that same name
This is legit the face I make whenever someone tells me off...maybe with a lesser smile and more malice in my eyes Edit: add a clenched jaw, looking up through my eyebrows and constant eye contact
This was great, I think I was the only person in my family that liked this movie. Joaquin's acting really sold it for me. Hey, you should check History of Violence. It has Viggo Mortensen, Maria Bello. Great movie, there are a few scenes to check out, actually. The diner scene, and the confrontation in the front yard scene. A little vague, I know, but I don't want to spoil too much, this is a truly great movie with tremendous acting from all cast members.
I love this, but it's a little old now. I would like to see either: Aaron Rodger Press Conference(many signals) Or The recent 6ix9ine and Wack 100 interview too see who is being authentic.
I know it’s not totally your seen but it’s quite interesting, could you review “serial killer calls up popular radio show” the serial killer that calls up has this eery tone about him
The stomach isn't the most vulnerable, u put ur hands up over ur face to protect ur head and face. Why does this kid look 16 wearing greased hair and a suit with his first psychology book about basic analysis of body language.
Well, this is funny to see. Here's a better question for both of you instead of "measuring", which Schools have you attended or degree do you have? From there stack up. Before im asked no I don't have a degree and have ADHD and high functioning autism meaning its difficult to tell body language and I'm going through classes at B tec in Utah to study this exact thing. With that addition from what I can see the creator seems to be well invested in this topic and probably has a higher level education then you do fellow keybordest.
First thing worthy of note is that these are Arthur's primal instincts kicking in, not him entering a boxing match or a street fight. Compared to a stomach, head is a much smaller, harder and more mobile target, so I can definitely see why would one prefer to cover their stomach instead. Arthur also raised his shoulders to protect his neck which, along with the stomach, is the most common target for a predatory animal.
An other home run my dude! Also have you seen this series? You would kill this! Would love to hear your thought about these creeps. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-KXfibK8tCtk.html
Arthur is too busy concentrating on his shoe or what's going on in his head it's why he's not looking at Randell Randall...you can't really dissect every little thing Arthur does, or people...that's a bit neurotic mate. You making this video in black and white with a heavy light source is a clear indication that you're trying to be serious, or trying to be taken seriously...lol.. right? With the tie on....
