Yes, Walt definitely cares about Jesse. It's shown throughout the entire series and people pin it only on manipulation. He manipulates Jesse not just to use him, but he also truly cares about Jesse. He let Jane die not just for him. They would have gone off to live somewhere. He also did it for Jesse. He knows she just wanted money and that Jesse would have ended up dying of an overdose as well. A lot of these things he did for himself AND Jesse.

Walt cares about Many people, the problem is that he cared much more for himself and his selfish ego that it seemed like he didnt care about his loved ones. He cared the most about doing something Big and important with his life to fullfill his ego.

I'm not sure at that time he let Jane die to manipulate Jesse. I think he did it because he saw Jane as a threat. To both his and Jesse's well-being. He's manipulative to Jesse, but not to the extent to go out of his way to hurt the ones he loves, yet.

They both were amazing in this show... im so glad they kept aaron paul's character.

Im going through a pretty tough time and had to hold close an ex partner, i couldnt bring my eyes to her, my head to the side but when we held, as you said it was me lacking confidence and needing support right now, i held her close even with all my anger, youre really good, i find it interesting to see us people through the lens of an animal as opposed to sentient creatures driven by hormonal drug imbalances within our own mind

I really hate the assumption that Jane was ABSOLUTELY going to get Jessie Killed as some kind of prophetic GUARANTEE. It's misogynistic as hell. Walt killed Jane coldly, and cruelly. He cried, suppressed it, and then did the unforgiveable. It was HIS FAULT to BEGIN WITH. He had NO BUSINESS BEING THERE IN THE FIRST PLACE. She was in the recovery position. Worst thing that would have happened to her is she pukes all over Jesses back, and judging on this scene he'd have LAUGHED THAT OFF JUST TO STILL BE WITH HER. Hell, probably wasn't even the first time he'd been puked on by a friend while both were passed out on drugs. Kid was good, but wild. Walt spent 50+ years being a square, judging everyone around him for not, and when he got his first taste of power/freedom went fucking down the path of corruption, manipulation, and bastardry. Fuck Walt. His remorse here only makes me hate him MORE. It's disgusting to see the murderer of the love of Jesse's life so dishonestly comforting him here. . . I'd like to see you do a body language reaction to Walt telling Jesse he let Jane die to remind everyone of the other side of this coin!

Mike makes prolonged eye contact throughout the series in Breaking Bad and better call Saul, i don't think it's as much of a dominance thing, i think it's more correlated to patience, and wanting people to listen, you also mentioned on one of your videos that humans are "pack animals" which is still an argument up to discussion and or debate, some evolutionary psychologists would disagree and might chew over the fact that we are more so rogue and self fulfilling rather then the whole " beta alpha " theory. I am also of the belief that body language can be subjective, although a large majority of people express primal emotion through physical expression, sometimes that expression can be a MAJOR miscommunication between one another, for example somebody fidgeting with something in there hands may LOOK like they're coming off as impatient and submissive, when in reality the individual is subconsciously expressing confidence, don't get me wrong, Body language psychology is really interesting, but it's not a one hundred percent reliable source of securing info about one another, i think it's important to take in the consideration of individuality, and how everyone functions differently yo.
