I'm a survivor of DV of someone with BPD and find AH's antics just appalling. She's discrediting all genuine DV victims. AH had nothing that chained her to JD: she didn't have children with him, she wasn't poor or disadvantaged or socially alienated, she had the money and capacity to leave him at any time. My point is that she wasn't trapped by her circumstances like so many victims are. Her behaviour is textbook BPD.

As far as I am concerned the fact that AH's own sister made a statement that is in Johnny's favour, says a whole lot to me. Also, Johnny grew up with DV and learned to avoid the abuser at all costs. If the jury doesn't see through AH's lies I will be very disappointed. I don't deny, that there was mutual verbal and emotional abuse but, she is the physical abuser if you ask me.

These so called experts are frustrating the hell out of me. Why weren't there questions about Amber having PTSD prior to her relationship with Johnny Depp? She was violent and aggressive her whole life it seems. Didn't her father or a relative abuse her early in her childhood? If any one has PTSD I would almost guarantee J D has it and not only from his mother. After years of Amber attacking him I would imagine he became shell-shocked just being in the same room with her. She loved being with him because she knew she could take out all her aggressions on him physically and knew he would never hit her. He is not breaking pattern here. All his prior relationships have said he's calm and gentle and would never hurt them in any way. Not one record on file about Johnny abusing anyone. Amber has an assault on HER record prior to meeting JD. Now these experts say he's broken pattern and become something he's never been and still denies ever hurting AH. We only have Amber's accounts of DV and no witnesses.

I would say judge not by what they say but, by what they do! We know she did not donate the money she said she would to the Children’s Hospital. Johnny has been seen spending his time and money to that very organization. I would choose to believe in him! I believe men can be victims too.

Not all people react to being abused the same way. Though I have been watching alot of the trial and as much info I can absorb . My opinion she is the perpetrator of abuse she has a history of abuse and manipulation. Johhny is quite the opposite he has history of being kind gentle and loving . Body expert lady, Johnny is blind in one eye and wears glasses. I think he just didn’t realize what was going on because he didn’t see her at first but also, she walked past him a few times as he was walking out that door. They just slid right past each other with the deputies. But I really don’t think he is going to intimidate her at all. That would be pretty dumb. Like sitting on the sofa or the carpet. If it was not useful for the alleged attacks then why include them? Just to have a word salad of too much information, hoping everyone will ignore that the actual questions were evaded.

A medical expert could testify if the wound on the finger was sustained by intentionally cutting it off with a sharp object or by something else. The way it does look like Vesuvius, Johnny's description, it looks like from something else. Also I would get testimony from housekeeping personnel. What did they need to clean up after incidents or unusual finds. Anything they can remember. Also if any of her current accusations of violence were not brought up in the UK case would be looked at as false. Which leads one to not believe anything she testifies to.

On one of the audio recordings played in court Johnny tells Amber that "You will never see my eyes again" after he learned that she would go public with her lies about him physically abusing her. That's why Johnny never looks at her and he's been very persistent with this throughout the whole trial. Therefore it's unlikely that he's "locking eyes" with her to "intimidate" her when she's pretending to be scared of coming face to face with him in the court room. It rather appears like Johnny and the female officer are looking at each other. She has happily walked much closer to him at other times in this trial without an ounce of fear, it's all an act for the cameras. Also, Johnny had a tattoo that said "Winona forever" but he changed it to "Wino forever" after he and Winona Ryder broke up.

Let’s talk about her pulling a tissue out of her sleeve and sniffing on menthol or whatever is hidden in that tissue to make her cry.

As to the psych evals, as I watch, I am seeing in real-time, Amber displaying what Dr. Curry described over and ever. Especially the histrionics- in her over-amplifying and outright theatrics, which hit my senses in a way that instantly brings on an un-ease and almost a defensiveness. Mr. Depp, tho, speaks and I don't get that and he feels natural- therefore believable. Neither are guiltless, but, when faced with overt challenge (ie, yelling disagreement) its quite apparent which one defaults to hostility and which one defaults to retreat. Very apparent its their nature.

I lived through a similar situation as to the sort of things Amber alleges happened to her. I have a tight network of friends who are also survivors. Not a single one of us finds her either credible or believable; nor is the voluminous amount of evidence in her favor. What scant so called evidence she has provided all seem to have been tampered with & falsified. It’s also telling that her story continues to change & escalates into more egregious incidents each time she repeats it. Everyone in our group & or that I’ve spoken with about this case concurs that the opposite of Heard’s claims are likely the truth. She reads like a flashing neon warning signal for danger & has all the tells of a narcissistic abusive personality. It’s clear that their relationship was extremely toxic & that Depp has had his struggles but in no way does that indicate he ever abused Ms Heard. I honestly pray the jury does not fall for her feeble attempt at feigning victimhood or believe her delusional, wild machinations. I think it’s painfully obvious that she is a dangerously unstable person. I also believe she is a potential danger to herself & others. I find it sad that her only potential punishment will cost her monetarily rather than result in stint in jail, &/or padded cell as she deserves. She hasn’t only victimized Johnny, but his entire family. My heart aches for him & especially for his children.

I think what we don't realize is that she just needs one juror to believe her case and she will win the case. I am sure 100% that there will be at least one juror who will fall for her lies based on what I have seen in real life when these pretty faces manipulate someone. So, I hope Johnny does not lose this and justice is served but I'm not very confident in the justice system. Johnny's legal team has to be at their best or else she will win this.

As a person who was hit for speaking out loud and having an opinion i now speak quietly or just nod/shake my head to yes or no questions. The reality from the world of acting is that it would be a very major loss if Johnny couldn’t act. What Amber has to offer is a physical beauty, and with her facial expressions, her statue face in movies, even that isn’t truly beautiful. She’d have been better off as a model. I have no knowledge of the legal system but in a serious case like this, where a negative result can destroy someones life for the rest of their life, I really don't understand why there are just "ordinary" citizens in the jury and not body language experts. The main goal always is to find out the truth but for someone who isn't professionally trained, this could be difficult to detect. 😒

The first female “expert” that says a laugh after the first strike is “not uncommon”, is full of bullish*t. I have lived through REAL experiences of being hit when least expected. A laugh is NOT what is triggered. A laugh is ONLY triggered in a victim, when the victim of the strike is actually the tormentor. In such a case, the person being struck (heard) would be a sociopath taunting a victim. The laugh is triggered when the sociopath tormentor THEN receives a blow from the victim in response. Much like how a cat may torment a mouse. When (Heard , the tormentor) receives a physical blow from a victim, the tormentor is “ amused”, rather than intimidated. So, if this event in any form actually happened, it could only have been AFTER Heard had been tormenting Johnny to such an extreme level that his primal brain stem took over because it was convinced it faced imminent death. This could ONLY HAPPEN AFTER his own LONG established natural responses had been exhausted. (Note, in more than 50 years he had never been violent to a women, not even towards the Mother who brutalized him while he was a child. In actual fact, Johnny is someone whose brain had LONG since developed an established synaptic strategy of accepting blows while offering no defensive nor aggressive violence in return. Per unrefutted testimony, Johnny was conditioned from infancy to be a victim who did not fight back because his brain learned this survival strategy when he was too physically small to fight back). The brain does not alter that established pattern even when the child becomes an adult. In ACTUAL fact, when an innocent victim is struck unexpectedly, the primal brain stem takes over instantly and what a viewer would see is the victim cower away, then they would have an expression of both fear and confusion. But NEVER EVER EVER laughter. So whoever the supposed “expert” is - is Wrong. Heard is a sociopath who has been conditioned to believe that her wit and physical attractiveness are so immense that she has the power to lie and cheat and manipulate EVERYONE. She doesn’t. She is delusional.. Heard is a narcissistic, violent sociopath. She is also a horrible actress and has limited intelligence. Her story makes NO sense whatsoever.
