Boeing became so disconnected from its workers giving the big boys at the top tens of millions of dollars, while those actually building the planes struggled. Good for them for standing up for themselves. These are types of things that raise standards for everyone
Whose going to train them? Most of those managers never even worked as mechanics or quality control. Boeing made poor choices that coat them trainers and workers that have been with them for years. But yeah, go ahead and put the jobs online because it doesn't matter. When there's an agreed upon contracts the Union members ALL get their jobs back.
Whats likely to happen is that Boeing will go bankrupt and the remaining workers will be lucky to get what 60 percent of what they're making before the strike. Especially if only part of the company is able to resume operations.
