He’s training, no doubt. But also life ain’t fair… For an example take me and my sister. I can eat junk food everyday for a month and gain maybe 2,5 kilos. My sister Gaines 3 kilos, just for standing next to me when I open a bag of chips.
Genetics certainly plays a role, and he puts effort into staying in shape, but he is also young. Those three are major, BUT it's also likely he's only going hard like this on video. He's not really a daily vlogger guy hammering garbage every day. If you're staying in shape, a weekend of indulgence doesn't set you back much, if at all.

Travel tip: *never* buy bottled water from an itinerant vendor. A common scam is fill empty bottles with tap water, then seal the lid and palm it off as new. Once in the Philippines, I went to turn the lid on a bottle from a roadside seller, and it came off right in my hand the second I started twisting it. Luckily I didn't have to learn the hard way.

We drove from Salento to Medellin suppose to be 5.5h but took 10h, it was a disaster :D ! But it was the only bad experience we had in Colombia because it was an amazing trip, absolutely loved it.

@@ventureted Having a couple day drinks is perfectly normal on holiday. We don't see him getting hammered drunk. I've traveled a little bit like he has and having a little alcohol at any hours of the day is not taboo in many cultures like it is here in the US. Shoot, in some places, they drink a beer or some wine or spirits with breakfast.
