・Two corn
・Water 1500ml
・30g of salt (about 2 tablespoons)
【recipe】
⒈ Cut the stem part of the corn, peel off the thick outer skin and leave about 2 thin skins inside.
⒉Prepare hot water in a pot or frying pan the size of the corn, cover with a lid and bring to a boil (a frying pan is recommended).
