BOMBUS Lite Testing on a White-Maned Lynel - The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

This is a tank using pulsing weapon tech achieved with a technique shown in the "terrain spacing" video linked below. It's a sized down version of my original Bombus in a bid to require less parts while still providing 260 degree protection. The lower body is more vulnerable to mines this way but enemies don't aim that low.
PARTS LIST:

4x small wheels
2x u-blocks
1x guard rail
1x steering stick
1x cart

2x construct heads
4x lasers
1x cannon
I did try a weaponized "spring cage" which initially works and lets you use even less parts while providing complete protection but that seems subject to the spring despawning in the odd situation, plus I'm not a fan of springs generally so I settled for this. The Bombus Lite (unlike the original) has the front 2 wheels together and rear ones spread out.

So it seems the secret is to stay far enough away that the Lynel can't destroy the Zonai parts with any of their attacks, and is forced to just use the bow?

@KingX I did it!! I lost quite a lot of health as my design is a work in progress, but my tank defeated a Lynel thanks to your guidance. I also found as long as I kept moving in the vehicle the Lynel didn't roar.

Just wanted to let you know, i'm experimenting with a 5 short wheeled sled. There is not much notable difference in speed. Going to keep working on it.

No, it has a sled for the base. Especially with our discussions on how to make it easier to break Lynel armor. Even with an extra wheel, it's becoming quite expensive in that regard, but nothing that bad currently. Not planning on adding anything else to it.

@@KingX Yes, and no. Sometimes it does, but sometimes I end up flipping forward, and off the vehicle. I assume it's movement speed that causes it. But it's quick enough that I can get back in the vehicle in time. I haven't really tested it enough against a boss such as a Gleeok yet, but I feel like I'm onto something.

You'd need a means of blocking its view to avoid it attacking at range which is what my u-block does.
