I love this opening number and am really enjoying season 31! I'm so glad Conrad Green is back as Executive Producer! Its great we got Mark, Louis and Peta back this year! My one wish is for Anna Trebunskaya to be called back next year! Please DWTS! We all miss her! 😢 🙏🏻

I can't believe none of the performances were danced to Adele's Skyfall. i think that would have been a good song to dance a rumba too. But for some reason, they used a lot of obscure Bond songs, you'd think they wouldn't have excluded an Oscar winning song like that.

Derek Is so effortlessly smooth and sophisticated out on that dance floor.

This was by far the best opening number I have seen in all the years that I have been watching this show! The choreography was beautiful, the music was perfect, it was just perfect all the way around!

Gosh, Louie coming back is what literally made me want to watch the show on Disney+. Seeing him dance next to the newer pros you truly notice the difference in technique as compared to the newer pros who don’t the traditional ballroom background. I miss the TRUE ballroom aspect of the show and watching Louie dance in these numbers really brings it back for me. True ballroom dance and technique 🙏🏻

Very disappointed that Dancing With the Stars is not on ABC this season. It was my favorite show and have watched it faithfully since season 1. Need to find a new favorite since I don't intend to pay for a streaming network just for one show. Cable is already way too pricey !! Call me old school but this streaming nonsense is for the birds!!!

I really have to respect that Derek had to get into an inverted position on that rope, above the ballroom floor, and patiently wait for the music cue to finally be able to flip & be lowered down! Clearly he would've waited until the last minute possible to get into position, but that still had to be an uncomfortable few seconds. The pressure is really on with live tv too.... I love this whole opening number; Live and Let Die lends itself so well to an ensemble dance! But yeah that kind of stunt still deserves mention! I certainly don't have that core muscle 😅

Loved Live and Let Die !! And wow, Peta was right up front and at the end being the Sexy Bond Girl 😍 I was able to pick out a few of the other Pros but the lighting or camera shots made them tough to pick out. (But was able to definitely pick out each judge and the two co-hosts!). Great number but don't obscure most of the pros and troupe members, please.

DISNEY Plus is too expensive to literally only have 1 show I would watch . I had it free with Verizon fir a few months and never found anything, I ended up canceling and deleting before my time was up.

Now that DWTS has moved to Disney+, are they not allowed to post the dancing videos on here anymore except for just the openings?

It's sad that I (like many, many others in my similar financial situation) 'must' come to RU-vid to catch 'anything...something' from one of my all-time favorite shows: DWTS. And what about those who can't afford getting Internet service period, let alone buying a computer? I was looking forward to the new season on ABC, that is, until it was announced that DWTS was moving to Disney+, a channel I cannot afford to get because it's not in my very limited budget (and because the local cable service I pay for is already 'through-the-roof" expensive for me). This was an 'unfair' move, ABC and DWTS, as so many of us just can't afford it. Please bring this show back "to everyone", ABC, and not just to a 'selective' audience at Disney+. 👎 Oh, and from what 'I am allowed and can barely afford to see' here on RU-vid, Derek is absolutely awesome...a 'true artist' on the dance floor, as always! 🤩

So they got the idea from BTS Grammy 2022 performance for which they used them for ratings and not give them the award. It was the best performance of the Grammy night.

Too bad it's only on Disney+ and not ABC!!! Because for the first time ever I can't watch this season👎

Sadly enough I stopped watching the show some years back....As one who loves dance all my life,the show at it's inception featured incredible Pro's🤗yet always ? Stars(celebs)the choices over the years has made many change the channel,and the unfair nonsense turning the show into another network???,especially someone like Tyra,when you have pro's like Cheryl B.who would make the show#1 Respectfully! Many of us as seniors now looking for decent,enjoyable network programs are disappointed to say the least. Constant negativety from 'talk'shows like The View-deconstructed legacy of Barbara W.and Kelly/Ryan,she destroyed Regis legacy. Specifically,What's going on at ABC?? ✌💜🐾🎗 Dance on...Be the light!

I find it interesting that both themed nights so far have been centred around white men. Can we get some other themes or at least mix it up with the artists.
