Yeah me too.. It is not like i dont like elena but it just that the chemistry between the two of them touch me ..the best word to decribe both of them is the road not taken.. They could be stg more if both decide to cross that line.. I mean i watch them from wanting to kill each other to this.. Elena n him do not have that kind of bond..
They didnt mess up. Vampire diaries is a story of Elena falling IN love with Damon. They are endgame. Damon and Bonnie are best friends, just like Damon and Elena was for the first three seasons.
@@sarahmousseau5907 actually its a story of 2 brothers falling in love and fighting over a girl then 500 years later falling and fighting over her descendant that looks just like her. Elenas soulmate is Stefan. The writers / producers of the show went with Damon because of the out cry out the delena fan club. Kevin W didnt plan on DE it was SE but he was producing other shows and plec and dries took over and went that route. When KW came back it was too late to change it over. In the books yes elena did have a relationship with Damon but it ended and she went back to Stefan. Bonnie and Damon were a couple which would have made more sense on the show especially after they introduced the doppleganger theory with Elena and Stefan always ending up together time after time. They didn't follow their own TVD logic and that was tragic for the show and their characters. They were racist abd it showed. I guarantee they wouldn't do that now with all the racial awakening go on. So wake up.
Right I am a Bamon shipper and when I found out they were together in the book I was so mad😭 like why couldn’t they be together in the series also🤦🏽♀️
His note to her made me cry when I first heard it on the show. Lol. It was emotional, he had so much emotion in it, for Elena and Bonnie. It was perfect.
The writers really teased us with this ; they really did I don’t care it’s not platonic no matter how they try and insert friend into these epic speeches that they have between them I mean if he was saying these things to uhlena no one would think it was platonic; it’s very confusing you can’t tell me that a character like Damon wouldn’t fall for someone like bonnie, she’s all the things that he wanted in a woman why was he the only one fixated on uhlena they should have given him the opportunity to fall for someone else and let uhlena get to know what losing the one you love to someone so close to you feels like hahaha

I feel that a team of good writers would have gone down the bamon route And FYI when elena lost people she had practically the whole town rallying around her whereas bonnies losses were chalked up to her taking one for the team

I feel may be Damon was scared that he might actually fall for bonnie and wouldn't want her to die and may be he might dislike Elena a bit because he might miss bonnie. I am not even talking about a romantic love but more if a platonic love. I agree that Elena loved Damon inspite of his bad image but bonnie loved him the way he was, she never tried to change him, never and she was ready to die as well as kill for Damon ❤️
I feel bad for Bonnie because she loses enzo because stfean savlotore killed him he did not mean cade made him kill people including Enzo is his brother best friend
