Lotsa goodies there! I like Kathy Young and The Innocents! The Innocents on their own did Honest I Do which is also also a fave. Chris Montez (on Monogram) is in the same bag (whatever it's called) always popular with lowriders etc... I don't know why but I fall hard for that stuff. My inner greaser I guess.
awesome,i have that thousand stars 45 by Kathy young and i have both Gee Whiz and Honest I do by the innocents,og 45 records too,i love billlboard hot 100 hits between 1956 thru 1963.
@@Wyoming_Dave I have Gee Whiz also and more Kathy 45s. An absolute favorite of mine is All You Had To Do Was Tell Me by Chris and/or Chris and Kathy. Stuff I can't get too much of.
Hi Chris!!! Had no idea the Robinson's brothers came from a music family.... see there was something really cool in your video and the juggling balls too.... cheers and be well
I always took Northern Soul to mean the singer was of a Caucasian ancestry. I think that double throw will be easier if you start from regular pattern then add in one at a time
The northern in northern soul is for northern England, where a certain style of soul became popular in late 60s/early 70s. Usually the records called "northern soul" are by obscure African-American artists.
Very 70s style video... Did you cast your juggling balls to river? Just wondered that. Rare rockabilly singles would be cool - and Freddy's schlager single. You lucky man!
Looks very green where you live. Ah northern soul was quite working class (or blue collar you'd say) it wasn't just up north but maybe far less London centric movement. See if you can find some films about it I'd sent DVDs if you have a multi region player? I went to get a ton of rekkids in the week mostly crap but i decided I'd show them anyway so people can see what's typical crap here and then i can take them to the tip/dump.....
