That was the time when there were great people in the Military and in the Government. The time when the Sacred Office of the Presidency meant something and The White House was not a circus complete with clowns.
Tom Cat Lyons MAN!!!!, was watching it and noticed that my legs were tapping in rhythm like no tomorrow!!, man how could not just freakin dig this music! WOW!
I love Americans for their optimism and inexhaustible energy. Thank you to them for the Blues, rock, rock and roll and other trends in music that were born in America.
i never got to see him live but i know it would have been awesome. ive seen a lot of grand concerts over all these years but that would have been excellent to see.
@@x-man5056 I've seen Jerry Lee quite a few times, but I'll never forget the night I finally got to meet him backstage with Chuck Berry in Bradford of all places. I told him that while he didn't know it, he was my piano teacher. He seemed to like that...
I couldn't dance to save my life but I love looking at other people dancing. It's very entertaining and it makes me happy to see others having so much fun!❤
It's all about your partner! A good partner can teach you to dance in short order. But they have to be patient and kind... Dancing is also about not being afraid to make a fool of yourself... Get out there and dance, you'll have so much more fun! I started dancing again at around 60 or so and have been dancing ever since!
Brings tears to my eyes..And Rita... OMG ..Those that remember when all this happened are truly Blessed..I do and it was great.. It will never get any better that this..
Rock n roll will always be the benchmark of what good music is, blend it with gospel, rhythm and blues and a touch of bluegrass and you have pure heaven for me!
Absolutely,Rock and Roll will never die. This was a great tune in it's day and it still is.All this new so called rock music will never come up to this great classic this is my first time having a listen to this song, and I was immediately taken by it,I can't get enough of it.This is the best song I've heard in a long time, honest to God!.John M Guinto
God Rolled the Rock first, but the Devil tried to steal it. Rock ‘N’ Roll is Gods Music. Since He Rolled away the Stone. Alan Freed stole the word back from the Devil, who used it derogatory. And applied it to music. Making it Beautiful again. Long live Rock ‘N’ Roll.
Wow what a timeless song never get tired of listening great dancing and most of all that professional pianist Is the best I have ever seen. He kills it on the piano.
This is just great, takes me back to the late 40’s and 50, those wonderful times we had, this is music, we did it on soft drinks. Wonderful. Put together.

Just think, I seen Jerry Lee Lewis, Bill Haley and Comets and Chubby Checker at the Bell Auditorium in Augusta Georgia and then again in Hartford Conn. many years ago and I remember it like it was yesterday.. Its a Blessing to have memories like this..
Taylor I did the video sound the song matched up as best as I could. There are a few changes I would make now but anyway I wish I saw those guys together like you did that was cool good for you man
Brilliantly played and sung by Jerry Lee Lewis. We need more music like this instead of utter garbage you hear today.Think I'll have this at my funeral been a fan for nearly 50 years
I get teased constantly by family, for my taste in music. I like the old stuff, you can understand the words, no swearing, no screaming. Give me old time songs any day.
Le rock n roll ces vraiment ma musique préfère depuis que jsuis gosse et ces toutes ma vie à 64 ans le rock n roll est mon éthique rock n roll attitude.
I remember when the twist hit. Even my Mom and Dad danced in living room. milkshake Mademoiselle by Jerry Lee Lewis was the first 45 we had. What fun!!
I can't remember ever hearing this song before. Great song with some great dance clips to go with it! This video DEFINITELY gets a GREAT, BIG, HUMONGOUS "thumb's up" from me!!!
Brilliant music. Brilliant dancing. Both brilliantly melded. Great clips of Fred Astaire. I must make special mention of the young female dancer who does a 'solo' routine starting at 1' 12". She is a great mover - so entertaining to watch. Thanks for the video!
An era when dancing and music were the bees knees. Thank goodness for these fantastic videos. There will never be an age like that again. Great compilation. Todays garbage belongs in the deepest coal mine.
Hats off to the Editors and producers of this video who spent a lot of time on this Compilation of Dancers from Old Moves,Dancers from the 1950s and earlier who are really Ripping it up to this Jerry Lee Lewis Classic Piano, Rock Song. This is not Jerry Lewis on the Piano but it is His Original song or close to it.The Dancers did not know years ago that they would entertain like this on You Tube, amazing.
I can't get this song outta my system. This song, for me anyway is a feel good song. How could anybody not like this song.Every time I hear it I want to get up and dance.John M Guinto
Платежка за пользование Инетом не в счёт 🥰🥰😍🤩 Такой Массированный Фугасный Ядерный Кислотно Чернобыльский заряд позитивом .Что зазвучали словами писателя Кой кого -Гордо!😜🤪😝

Many thanks to blinko656 for all the work you obviously put into this excellent video. I was amazed at how the tempo was in synch for the song and dancing scenes. Great job!

Just read the SHOW MORE description and it says Ronald Lowe, thought it was Jerry Lee. Well done in matching up all those different dancers from all those different times to the music. Lotta fun just to watch it.
Nothing like a beautiful gal in Pedal Pushers!! or a poodle skirt, sheath skirt, hot pants!! LOrd we had it all!! Never to be repeated in history!!!!!!!!!!
a great video but the piano player was not Jerry lee Lewis, he was a swede by the name of Micke Muester and he takes over where Jerry Lee left off does some of the great Little Richard songs too
