Pride and Prejudice!!! Winnie the Pooh is so precious! And that story about your kids was so sweet. Anne of Green Gables is great.

I adore Winnie-the-Pooh, too! And all his friends! Timeless, cozy, and comforting, for sure! I'll do-si-do with you, Anne. A book I dislike but everybody loves is Wonder by R.J. Palacio. I never got the sense that Auggie was accepted as an equal, but rather as a mascot. Big difference! I hope your time away was refreshing and renewing to your spirit! 💗

Winnie the Pooh is my all time favorite, both the books and the classic Disney version.

The Trefoil is the Girl Scout symbol - with the 3 leaves (or foils as in foliage) and a point at the bottom. Each part of the Trefoil stands for something - the three parts of the GS promise, the compass point, etc. I love Winnie the Pooh - sweet stories!

I love Winnie the Pooh as well. Sometimes I forget about how much I enjoyed reading those books to my girls.

I have such an aversion to fictionalized/semi-biographical books about real historical figures. And I legitimately don't know when it began😂😂. It's just that everytime I think about reading something like that ( I used to have those Nancy Moser books and I never read them!), I cringe internally 🤣🤣. I think it has something to do with the idea of reading it - and constantly wondering what parts are true and what parts are fictionalized. Some part of me feels like, "Really, What's the point if I don't even know what's true or fictional?" I want to learn more about historical characters but also feel like I don't want to blur it with a fictionalized account. LOL such a weird quirk of mine. I know many people enjoy them though!

I want to read Gentle and Lowly. Sounds so good.

I need a copy of Winnie the Pooh as well. It is a very comforting read. Biographical fiction…love that. I need to see if I’ve read any like that. Now I need a cookie! 😊
