Ashley Miller I, too, was an occasional T&F fan, mainly watched during the Olympics. I can't say I've ever really watched a meet outside of the Olympics or Trials until this year. Between searching for livestreams or making sure I'm home to watch it on NBCSN, I know Natasha's vlog had a lot to do with the increase in my appreciation for the sport of Athletics. 👍🏾

Natasha Hastings 400M Diva 😐 but. I thought that the body naturally reacts to certain lengths of the track.

+Sub 10-Zin the body reacts to the stressor, but you would have no way of knowing the distance. That's like saying distance runners just know they ran a mile. They can estimate based off their times, but without markers there's no way for sure to know. The body feels and reacts differently for every rep. Also would explain why we run different times every single race

Sub 10-Zin When you run straightaway it is different then a curve because you visualize the mark ..it's like if you walk to your house you know the distance and about how long it'll take because your brain visualizes certain markers like maybe a mailbox you pass daily you know you are halfway home ...now let's say they add a new Street yet it takes you the same place at the same time you would get a different visual..Idk if you understand but in the track world we make markers....its different going straight when u run curve and prep for a curve ....and FYI you looked for something to be negative about..without track knowledge..true runners understand what she meant ... be positive if you're going to be on her channel...#nonegativity #nosarcasticremarks #teamnatasha #hatersgonehate
