I've been using a bottle from Zulay Kitchen that has a removable infuser for adding fruit, herbs to my water. It pops out easily, so you can have your water on it's own or with whatever you want to infuse it with. Nice way to add some flavor. it also comes with a bottle cleaning brush to help you clean the nooks and crannies and an insulated carrying sleeve. Pretty nifty!. Thanks for your videos!

You do need some salt and potassium to be hydrated. Too much water without, will actually do more harm than good, and dehydrate you to a degree, according to Dr Berg. Makes sense actually, our cells don't work right without electrolytes.

This is the info I have been looking for.. got used to drinking SO MUCH water, but I kinda feel it only washes me out 😅

My favorite water bottle is Contigo with the Autoseal button lid. It is very easy to open with the push of a finger, drink, and release a finger to close it. Also, this lid configuration prevents food particles from getting into the bottle because I can release the Autseal button while the bottle is still up ended with no water coming out. Very nice.

I would also recommend that the water should preferably be room temperature, as chilled water will just constrict muscles & vocal chords you've just taken the time to get warmed up & prepared. ❤

Yes very good addition to the video. Cold water just before or while singing is not recommended. I’ve made a video about bad drinks for singers that goes more into detail.

You're Danish right? Why don't you practice/certify CVT? I have a coach and he taught me how to sing virtually anything, with your charm and charisma you can go far!

Hi samsschool, yes I’m Danish 😊 where are you from? I’ve taken some CVT lessons and found it to be very powerful as well. However, my preference is to geek out on each component in the voice individually and then put them together rather than working with the modes. Not that I don’t see the power in that, I just prefer it the other way around 😊

@@nursingcowgirl Is it? The digging, the equipment, and the regular testing costs money, so there is a cost to it's set up and maintenance. Even at a relatively low cost, water is not free.
