A lot of people want to be average or taller because as a short person, even if your intelligent, an athlete, or even a leader. People will always look down on you, literally. It makes life harder

There's nothing unethical about making people taller even if they don't "medically" need it. It's improving quality of life. That's what doctors are for.

Im 20 yrs old & I'm only @ 4'11" My legs r super SHORT just by looking @ them. It really heartbreaking that I CAN'T even grow taller anymore the way God created on me. My daughter is 14 & she is 4ft10. she joined swimming club since 5 years old until 12 years old and she made it to provincial competition during her last 2 years. she lost interest in swimming during 2 years off due to Covid. Since then she interested in volleyball & have been in volleyball club to now. We know short is part of our genetic but we hope to find a way to help her growth taller because she has a great passion in any sport she plays. Any advice, recommendations or consultation would be greatly appreciated
So I didn't do this intentionally. A few months ago I was measured for work related purposes and they measured me at 5'1" (twice) on the dot. A year later I was measured again and I gained 1.25". I'm a female in my late twenties. So, I'm still growing but very slowly... which puts me at approximately 5'2". I haven't taken any hormones but I can say that I have been sleeping a lot more than usual so I think the myth of sleeping really does help. I was also exercising more and consuming more protein. I don't really eat junk food aside from chips here and there but for the most part I eat fruits, vegetables, noodles, and chicken. I was also drinking more water. I do drink and I have smoked but I quit smoking. I think the 5'1" is from poor posture. I don't think people grow anymore after the early twenties, but I'm not sure where the quarter inch came from so, maybe people do still grow. 🤷🏻♀️
Did u measure ur self in the morning?? If so its normal the 1.25. Its normal went someone wakes up in the morning are taller by 1inc oh sometimes 2inc then went we go to sleep we are short 1inc or 2inch

I dont need to be taller but i honesly think my bone is too... thin, i mean its average size but i would appreciate it if it were a little bit wider especially in the wrist. I am 5'3" a man at twenties, Way better than an average man when it comes to many of the trades. But completely screwed because of my height. It sucks. It really do. The worst thing is I can do nothing about that. Despite me being way better, each girl I asked out has rejected me for one reason and it is being short.

As a 10th grade student it hard for me to follow those steps. mostly i sleep at around 12:00 midnight. Because of homework, projects, preparing for exams and etc...
