Hey!! I’m debating on whether to buy this, are you still using it? How is it going for you. Is there cons to this product I want to make sure I’m getting my money’s worth thanks :)

HI there! And yes, I still use the product. It is best used for moderate to high rep training (12-20 reps). Cons wise, the band's tension can be uneven at times, but you can adjust it back to make it even. For the price and space, I think it is worth the buy. The code tag20 will save you $20 too.

@@squatwedgiez but the more bands you use the harder the resistance? heard goes up to 180kg

@@Khaos969 yes, it goes up to 360lbs, but I don't recommend going that heavy on this device. I think it is best for the 10-20 rep range. As the weight gets to the 300s, the wooden platform starts to come up. You can still use the product, but it is a little challenging to set up that many bands. I still highly recommend the product for home gyms.

How do I not feel it so much in my thighs more than my glutes...what am I doing wrong

Check where your feet are placed, make sure they are under your knee. Also, doing them toes elevated with a wedge is a game changer. I recommend using our adjustable wedgie.

It’s a good way to increase the range of motion on the movement by front foot elevation

In my training career, I’ve come to learn that not everyone has a bench or enjoys having a ton of training equipment. Please explain further how only one movement requires the machine?

For example you buy one balance ball for very cheap and use it in place of the machine. Or if you can’t afford the ball you could have done that same workout with the patio furniture behind you. I’m not trying to be disrespectful, I was watching your workout because I found it helpful, but I also think consumers get convinced they need a lot of stuff that they probably never did. I did do the workouts though and I felt it so on the side of the movements it was a good video.

@@nicobythebeach1 Yeah, you don't need this piece of equipment.. however, does my gym or house have a hip thrust platform? No, does my gym or house have something sturdy I can attach bands too for a hip thrust? No. Will I save time with this apparatus, rather than fetching bars and plates and having to put them back again? Yes. Does it look appealing to my clients/female or male gym-goers? Yes.
