Oh for sure. The first time I've heard Milo's Fight theme, I was bopping

The soundtrack and character designs. It honestly frustrates me how much they got wasted. Like, I honestly hope someone manages to Mod Marnie into Rune Factory 5 and flesh out her character way more than the gamefreak attempted to. And then put some of these bops into a Digimon Cyber Sleuth 3 game or some indie gem.

The last Pokemon theme with the crowd chanting is legitimately one of my favorite tracks in main series history. I've been playing since Gen I and only got my copy of Shield last November. It takes a lot of time for a track to make it to my top 10, if at all, but that made it to my top 3 almost immediately. I will intentionally sit the controller down to listen to it for a bit because I know that I can OHKO pretty much everything and there's no penalty to waiting.

"Wow, fire is weak to water" "Fire is still weak to water" "I should have known you knew fire is weak to water" "of course you know fire is weak to water, you made it this far". Yes, I know how type match ups work. You don't need to remind me every battle. There's even text that says "super effective". He can like his brother, and he can be subpar, but stop talking to me like I'm an idiot every fight. He only needs to say it during the first battle.

The story would follow the games but would focus a lot more on the friendship of the characters_ . This is what I had responded to that string with: No joke that would probably make a good story. There's even some great stereotypical characters with just those 5 that would work in some kind of sitcom: Hop: the fun-loving goofball that has some not-so-bright moments Marnie: the shy, goth, rockstar chick that cares a lot about her friends Bede: the pompous rich kid that has a secret crush on one of the girls Gloria: the cheery girl that's always dragging the group into her shenanigans (but the second she gets mad she turns into a genuine demon bent on ripping out the throats of her victims) Victor: the baseline normal person of the group who is always the tie-breaking vote when the group disagrees on something, and is a bit of a dork I could see Victor and Gloria being twins (with a relationship like Dipper and Mabel's from Gravity Falls, but Victor is only minorly dorky), and Hop is the best friend next door of the twins. Marnie and Bede strongly despise each other (to the point that they don't like to talk to each other), Victor and Marnie are both into the other, Gloria is blissfully unaware of Bede's crush on her, and Hop is possibly the fifth wheel that Bede's always trying to mess with. An anime of this group being like this would make my year. After watching the Bopping Series it truly cements that concept in my head. I really don't get why people hate him so much, he has a fun personality and a solid character arc that's one of the only salvageable things from Sword and Shield's writing; he realizes that he can't keep trying to live up to the expectations his brother has set for him, and that he has to fulfill his own path and form his own identity, which makes him apply to become a Pokémon Professor.
