For those who missed the community post, I caught covid earlier this week. I'm doing fine and will make a full recovery. I had this backup video for a while now so I figured I'd post it. I'll be back once I recover

To speed up the save/quit and lobby load in, go offline mode in the lobby settings under networkmode.

The no commentary text reminds me of Zullie the Witch, its super fun to see this type of content for borderlands too! Perhaps you could record a bulk of these over time and save them for times like this?

Silly things like this are what makes Borderlands 2 one of the greatest games of all time. We've all played it multiple times over the last decade and each time you learn sometime new. I think I was on my 3rd Sal playthrough and about 10th overall when I was introduced to the Pimpernel/Creamer combo. I'd never actually reached OP8 with any character at that point. Was a joy to be suddenly capable of soloing the lot.

I can hear Joltz saying „Oneshot?!“

First of all I hope you feel better soon! Second, how many times did you save quit in one of these examples?

Just the first clip got me like "oh..ok" , i wasnt ready for a literral one shot.

A potential explanation is that the amp damage is only added when it reads you have full shield and an amp shield on, but somehow they made it saved to your character, and when they coded the left hand they for some reason coded it to read the amp damage and never made it unsave when you quit, idrk tho I failed all my computer science classes

Anyone know if this works in the Wonderlands One Shot spin-off? Figured given its basically just borderlands 2 all of the glitches associated with the original might work.

I remember back in the day when that patched the evil smasher glitch. I thought "damn there goes the last fun way to break the game" this has those vibes. Pretty cool.

So I did calculations about how much damage each shot was doing per amp shot and what I came up with was each shot has enough force to just delete the code of the enemy entirely

hold up. i have a few questions. is the damage cap higher than these bosses's hp? is the visual indicator (the numbers) representative of the damage cap? if not, the actual damage is higher than what numbers show? i had these doubts since krieg bloodsploding pete days, and this is a good opportunity to clear them up.

So do you have to continuously save quit fast or would it in theory just be every time no matter how far apart the save quits are?

So, does this persist through load zones? If I save quit to farm a raid boss, does it just continue to stack? How was this discovered? So many questions! Such a cool discovery, thank you for sharing this with us Joltz!
