I heard "gub build for the peak" and I was like "this day could not bring me more joy"

I like how Joltz just casually annihilates the dragons for 20 levels in a 1 minute montage like it's no big deal

The handsome dragon/sorcerer fight show just how important using the proper element is

You know in Arms Race when Sal starts telling a story and then goes "what? oh, I'm being told we don't have time for me to tell that story right now" I like to imagine that it's these Gub build shenanigans he's thinking of.

as an avid playthrough watcher one thing i’m very glad to see is that you started off screening the xp grind to max. i used to hate having to watch 2-3 days of just runny farming to either 72 or 80. amazing content joltz keep it up

Random thing: You know the sound that Money Shot makes when it goes off? In Helluva Boss during an action sequence in episode 6 where a character was using a pair of revolvers that made that exact same sound effect. It was funny when I noticed that in the show and I am certain it wasn't a reference but just that it's a stock sound or something from a sound library.

The sync up of the money shot/beat drop is... so tasty

Best beginning to an episode yet

It would be neat to see a speedrun (or well just running though the game quickly) or two. Be it with mods you've run in the past or base game. Just to mix it up someday. Also like the timing with Sal saying "that is awesome" and Joltz skipping the whole mobbing section at 7:06.

Can you try to make a build work with all of the legendary weapons or at least the non usual ones such as the mad house or the Maggie? It would be very interesting to see because I love that you tried the gub and not the usual builds. I don’t play borderlands anymore but I only watch you because I think you really are a great person so keep it up jolty!

back almost a decade ago when i was on 360 playing this game, i never new the gub existed. i understood the legendary farms and all that, but laney white never dropped anything no matter how determined i was to see if she had a legendary. even after i had access to the internet and learned a buttload of stuff about this game, it took a really long time before laney decided to drop it

Loving in all of these videos it’s not just all dpuh and bee and all the op stuff, don’t get me wrong that’s a lot of fun to watch too but not all the time. Never knew about the orc special ability or the deliverance build from a few vids ago. Would love to see more geeky stuff and unloved weapons, (Commerce build??)

If you rocket jump behind the fast travel (before or after) fighting terramorphous you can get past the death barrier and under the map to find a second terramorphous which you can then kill for more loot :D

Just based on how to optimally rocket jump in this game I feel like just doing tf2 jump maps would be actually good practice

Now that joltz has used the gub to its maximum potential on sal I think he might finally be free of its curse
