Back then anime was mostly tits and gore (great times) After that came dragon ball started to show in America around late 90s followed by Pokémon

Boruto was trained by both Sasuke and Kashin Koji (Jaraiya) and has enhanced ALL his abilities 10 fold plus we still haven’t seen him go all out using shadow clones, karma, and he still hasn’t unlocked Jougan fully
