Great video, Yani, well done, loved the opening footage, looks like an awesome place to run! I find that sometimes as tough as it is to run in windy, rainy, cold conditions that I always feel a little more like a badass afterwards for getting it done when it would have been so easy to stay in my warm, dry house and have another cup of coffee! ☕So inspiring to see you getting out there first thing in the morning regardless and getting the work done! Thanks Scott! 100% if we only trained in the best conditions, we wouldn't prepare ourselves for anything except for running in nice weather! Who knows what race day will bring. Hope you're taking care as well!

Anthoer great video Yani!. Been loving following on Strava on YT. Can not wait to see how you destroy Boston. Been working on my strength and speed work the last few weeks to get ready for my 10k on 5 weeks!

Thanks Steven! Right back at you. How has the speed work been going? You're a better human than I haha I ve admittedly been slacking on the weight training this week, Ill be making that a priority today!

@@yani.leigh. lol good one, You are already bigger than me so you can probably skip on a few days hahaha. Speed work has been coming along man, did a 5 rounds of 800's at goal 10k with 45 seconds rest so that was good. I mean at this point I am going for sub 38 mins but really I would be happy with sub 39

@@yani.leigh. Yes I will for sure, next week I have 2 mile at goal pace. 2 min rest then 3 1k at 5k pace with 1 min rest that should be a good one :)
