It hasn't been around long enough to know the true long term side effects. As he mentions, people are too ashamed to bring up their issues when taking the drug so they go under reported.

At the end, it will make you lose appetite so you do not eat but if you do fasting, your cravings will naturally go away. You just need to put in the effort for a few days and your body will adjust. Really no need for ozempic for weight loss.
