Love your videos Milo and Henry you've really helped me understand the golf swing. I'm on the verge of shooting consistently high 70s. Only part that sucks is here in Ohio as soon as you find your groove it starts getting cold and snowy.

Ok this ties it all together. Great explanation of why the old pulling pattern doesn't match with the squatting/bowing move. love it! highly recommend Milo's member site as well.

I've always liked the feel of the left lower rib cage moving down as I not only get the BOW but helps me open up and rotate. Good video explaining that club path has to be addressed also.

Love how you give several different feels in order to get to the same thing…. added hip flexion! One of the most overlooked and misunderstood aspects of the golf swing. From my point of view, added hip flexion is the most important body moment when transitioning the club. Another golden video, men! 👊👊. Two thumbs up, for sure! 👍👍. Milo Lines Golf, What percentage of people if any do the butt back bow to the ball jack knife move naturally? This is a move I had to work on for a long time and make myself do to get in me and felt very strange initially.

In doing this , I discovered the fact that the weight in the backswing must go to the heel of the trail foot. If it remains on the ball of the. trail foot it is almost impossible to rotate. the hips fast enough to transfer the weight quickly through the shot which is needed to avoid hitting behind the ball. Does this make sense?

This video is exactly what I needed. I stand up in the golf swing and throw my arms at the ball. I have tried bowing to the ball but hit it so fat I gave up. One question, will my body automatically make the corrections on the downswing if I practice enough?

I tend to get steep when bowing to the ball. Is this just because I'm not letting the club shallow in transition? And divots are also going a tad left. Otherwise I flush it pretty well.

awesome set of drills to establish the feels to pure irons and prevent from standing up and flipping. As pointed out in several other videos, the sitting or squatting motion naturally and "passively" drops and shallows the club into the slot.

Henry’s “ learn to let go” philosophy lesson was funny but also very true! I’ve actually had to replay that image and feeling outside of practice to try and reprogram where I feel speed coming from. “Learn to let go!”

This is good stuff. I notice how active your legs are in driving power and imagine some people get so focused on hip flexion and lag retention they forget leg drive and stall. Would be nice if you guys would cover the concept in this vid but explain exactly what the leg action is throughout. How the legs power the swing using your technique. Thx.
