I used 4eggs, milk, oil(i was out of butter) and 3tbsp of yogurt. And two 9inch pans 27mins. And it was delicious! Kids looooovvved it. We loved it. Moist, fluffy and love it! Thanks
It is fun to experiment with these things. I am going to try 4 eggs, 1/2 mayonnaise instead of oil, and 1 cup of milk next time. I didn't like the result when I used melted butter.
So...the problem with this way of making "professional cakes" is that yellowish color that comes out when you make it. Its easy to tell what you really did. Also the cake comes out more crumbly than an authentic homemade cake. As far as home use, it's good enough.
There is no way to know who started this. My grandmother did it when we were little. If she was alive today, she would be 119 years old, so giving that credit thing just isn't going to happen 😂😂😂😂
