You are living proof that one doesn't need to pay for expensive gym memberships, buy unaffordable equipment, and have a large real estate devoted to boxing... A few square meters, a pair of gloves, a rope for skipping, some kind of bag if possible... all the rest is good will and... a GREAT COACH! :) Thank you again!
Been following him for years and man, am I grateful for all this awesome content that he has been so generous to share with us! Great great human being! A big thank you from Germany
There is only one word: fantastic. I've just started again after 16 years of total lack of activity. Your workout is fantastic to get back into gear and into shape. After years of just putting on the weight, just doing this work out every day for a week, I've dropped 4 kilos and I'm gonna have to buy a new belt for my jeans. A big thank you.
WOW JT I needed this workout ain't gonna lie. I miss the Saturday morning Lives. I was getting pretty lean does those just once a week great workouts. Thanks Coach!
Its from condition easy may be some technikes i must do more to learn i come from mma but thank you for this perfekt lession its a oner to train at home withe you
Just stepped up to this one with the weight vest on, and man, that extra really adds up. Way harder than 2. The ones by count are actually 60% more than level 2. Finally starting to feel a little more fluid with the pivot shuffles on each side, and this thing is money for building up that stamina. I love how it scales and keeps providing value as I push for more intensity.
Thank you Crimson. I have tried footwork with just an 8lb vest and wow you are not kidding lol. Just a little really adds up fast. I commend your efforts!
Before the gym closed we used to do stuff like this for an hour a day. It was impossible to do squats later 😂 Btw. Ali's front foot on the shuffle is placed on heel, not toes
You think you could throw together a PDF for a 8 week training camp combining all these videos with road work and calestenics? Its awesome stuff but I get disorganized with what I want to learn 😂😂😂😂God bless. I'll pay for it btw.
I appreciate the idea but I won't make one of those again. If you email me I can send you the one I made years ago - precisionstriking at yahoo dot com.
I am waiting for floyed mayweather virtual pads workout i hope you make it free .. go ahead you can do it .. i dont want to try it from any other coach . I will support the channel when i get rich some day..
If I want to move to the front, witch foot should I move first ? I feel like if I push myself with the back feet like almost a small jump, I can move faster ?
i was undisciplined for a week or so. so what better way to get back in to it with a lesson from my senpai! excuse the trash talk tho senpai, i had to motivate myself and not give in to weakness 😅
Hey coach, I had a question about the channel memberships, Each level is higher than the one before but they have different specifications, does the higher levels still include the perks from the levels under it? Hope that makes sense
Hagler used to run in boots and Sugar ray wore ankle weights. At the end of the day its more how you train. If you train fast you'll be fast, if you train for stamina you'll have stamina. Boots and weights won't do much if the training itself is weak.
Its VERY hard to gain muscle as a boxer if you are training hard. Boxing is primarily an endurance sport. That being said, you must absolutely do strength training regularly, and possibly increase your total calories (primarily protein). As well as increase sprints for conditioning and decrease the long runs.
I'm not sure why exactly. You will want to do some research and consult a specialist. The first thing that comes to mind is that you probably have weak feet in general (just my guess), something like this can help - ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-xTUmZcxf_tI.html
@PrecisionBoxing i think it might be weak feet too, underdeveloped ligaments and muscles. I think ill go baredoot running on the beach to remedy this. Thank you so much!
