@@iiij33jiii28 It is mostly about control and concentration, although speed does have a lot to do with it, you have to know where and how your hitting it and also concentrating your eyes on your hands and the bag.
I am so happy that who ever made this video added Miguel Cotto, he deserves to be up there with all these guys he earned it. He was such a humble fighter he did his best talking with his hands.
I remember Cotto right after I watched Gatti Vs Ward for the first time in my laundry room lol it was the first boxing match I ever paid attention to. My good friend told me to check out Miguel Cotto, and he was a fan of the sport. I looked him up and the first Cotto fight I seen was against Maywether, all I can say is wow what warrior. That was back in 2013 and he is and always will be my favorite fighter.
When Pacquiao fought Cotto for Cotto’s WBO title, it was fought at a catch weight of 144. If you want Cotto’s title at 147, why fight at a catch weight and forcing him to lose 3 more pounds? If Cotto was already drained making 147, then making him lose 3 more pounds is so unfair and thus weakening him.
RIP TO THE GORGEOUS BOXING LEGEND MUHAMMAD ALI HE WAS MY FAVORITE ANYWAY AND STILL IN 2019 FLOAT LIKE A BUTTERFLY AND STING LIKE A BEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE! I LOVE THAT BROTHER!
i guess im randomly asking but does anybody know of a method to get back into an instagram account? I somehow forgot my account password. I would love any tips you can give me

Man I think about him all the time he was the greatest, I have been watching Kenzie Morrison he fights like his father his record is 13-0 but real challenge is coming up he got his first pro fight I hope he wins.
Mayweather killed this video, Boxer who is in for the money ain't S*$#@, Boxer who Boxes for passion lives forever, thank you Ali, for the motivation till this day I pass it on to my 13 yr old son ........ And he still looks up to you Ali, and all the Boxing Legends on this video ..... I thank you all...GOD BLESS !
Ali, Sugar Ray Robinson, Joe Fraser, Sonny Liston, and Mike Tyson, Total beasts on that bag! Ali the choreographer, architect and speed mastery! Damn! 🤩 💥
Back then the video frame rate was actually very poor quality. The original clips are like in slow motion but its sped up to what modern day frame rate but its still too fast. If you look at clips back whether its the world war or this then you can tell because of how fast their legs are going. Keep in mind the speed bags are also heavier bag and bigger back then it wouldve been much harder to keep it that fast.
Cus invented the peek a boo style, he first used it with patterson and then tyson, while guys such as frazier and marciano ducked punches the style was far different
@@logan51726 I don't mean Marciano invented Tyson's defense, I simply meant adding ducking under the speedbag to the routine. I think Cus took the exercise from Marciano
Mini Tico noo much harder imo. its just one of those things that look easy af but when you try it you fail and you just stand there like how tf do these guys get a good rythm
I’ve been doing it since yesterday and I’m not half bad so I would say it’s pretty easy, if you naturally have a good sense of rhythm and good reflexes
i just got myself one of these speedbags and hung it up......... finding it impossible to hit it on the rebound or get a rythmn going...these pros making it look so easy !!
Robinson schools them all. Leonard looks good too. And even if you're not as fast as the Sugar Rays, anyone can hit it like Marciano, if they're not lazy. And for some reason, they included uninspiring Tyson bag work, instead of footage from the other vid where Iron Mike is doing stuff none of the greats before him do. Same with Ali. this was the clip to show: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-hA0q2n1etvU.htmlsi=mpBkpR1Hk-eJjhln&t=15
Not for nothing it’s not that hard to do what these guys are doing on the speed bag. Just about anyone can learn to hit a speed bag. It’s way way way way harder to actually box.
