If you play Tool, the Tool Army will come along for the journey. Nothing we love more than seeing someone's first experience of Tool, living vicariously through your eyes and ears to bring us back to our first time hearing it. I would suggest to always go with the lyric video when possible, otherwise stick to the audio track. The official Tool videos are a beast unto themselves. Spiral out Big Papa D!

BPD in the house!!! Yeah, you gots decide if you want the video or audio. Separate experiences. Together 🤯 Story goes its rejecting of the band’s inner relationship at the time. They almost broke up, this song saved them, in effect. But yeah, MJK writes universally to the specific. Great reaction! Love your setup.

My suggestion for the next Tool song is Pushit (Salival version) with lyrics. Very powerful song.

Tools early stuff is more raw, dark, umm 4/4 check out Bottom 4* Crawl Away Part of Me Opiate These songs came along groups like Alice n Chains , Soundgarden NIN Rage They toured together a lot in the 90s

From what you knew tool became a very psychedelic/ spiritual band that only made albums every 5 to 13 years….they became possibly the best band ever with shakra opening riffs, tribal polyrhythmic madness, and hauntingly chanting lyrics to musically try to open something within you you mar not know is there… this is more about religion…and the break between god and his followers… but applies to any Schism…. Enjoy and 🌀out my friend
