THIS IS MAGNIFCENT! This is what I had hoped was happening in terms of size. This would be a real community. Yes I`m sure it would be too expensive for the average person but it`s nice to see large developments without individual wall surrounding each house(I know safety is still an issue ). This could be the most posh areas of London. Makes a man want to return home.

This is very impressive (along with your other videos)! I'm so glad you brought up buying a COMPLETE HOUSE in reference to your friend who lives in the U.S. That same thought process applies to many of us who live abroad and are interested. Also, do the homes come with furnished appliances, or do the buyers have to purchase/install their own? Thank you very much!

You are right about most of the things you said about work and the way we are paid here. My advice will be for you to come with the skills that you have. Maybe get a good job with an American company or organization before moving here. Or you come create one here. Either way you will make good money and live well

I notice that Nigerians are enamored of English names for their estates and businesses. Please note, these foreign things don't make us more sophisticated. We have to start taking pride in our own cultural things. There is a false sense that these foreign names helps to sell and define quality. Quality will rise above everything and no matter what you name your business if it's of quality people will love it.

Jung your story got me thinking if its the same Abuja I leave in that this is happening or another Abuja. Abuja is the most secure city to leave in except or perhaps you stay very far from the city center. Please consult with the numerous Chinese nationals staying and working in Abuja for clarification.
