Pasquale, thank you for always making me smile. My mother passed away from cancer 7 months ago. We always used to watch your videos together and it brings me a lot of comfort to watch them now even though I'm so heartbroken without her. My Momma Sophie has been gone 23 years now on the 5th of May. We siblings went and put flowers on her grave today for Mother's Day. But not one day goes by without thinking of her.. You never get over it! Happy Mother's Day to all Mom's out there this weekend!

Pasquale captures the genius of cooking. It's all in the prep and you let the stove and oven do the work. Patience is the key. New cooks get impatient and are always flipping the food on the stovetop or always opening the oven.
