Putting them in the greens was genius, Ox Tails are great for flavoring soups and sauces. I like them in a soup but haven't made it in years because their cost. Nice video Lance!

Funny that this video came out when it did. When I was at the store yesterday picking up my brisket I saw packages of ox tails and said to my self hmmm but passed them by, probably like you have many times, just not in our comfort zone. After seeing how well you liked them then maybe, just maybe one day I'll get out of my comfort zone and try them like I did the frog legs.
