We have that same tank and love it! Huge timesaver for us.

Do you place all six in at once???
@Forgedthroughfireapparel
@Forgedthroughfireapparel 6 лет назад
The Print Life I always drop six in at a time. I usually stack my screens to be reclaimed right in front of it as I’m pulling jobs off. and when I hit six... splash they go. Kind of a “break” between printing.

Do you know how long the chemicals stay effective for before you have to replace them?

Nice video, man. U think it's possible to clean n reclaim printed polyester surfaces the same way?

OH my god it is so nice having a full size dip tank in the shop.

The Print Life we didn’t have one prior to getting this one. We’ve been using it for a couple of months I think and the chemicals seem to hold pretty true to the 2-3 minute dip time. Been very pleased.

Thanks for sharing. We have this dunk tank for my print shop in my classroom and I picked up a few good ideas.

We have the dip tank from RYONET and we built a rolling stand to raise it up higher and then tied the drain into the wash tub drain which goes into our filter system. We added a shutoff valve so every time we go to add more chemical we open the drain to drain the sludge at the bottom.

Another great video with good tips. I caught that same trick from vaga too, blew my mind how simple of a trick and so helpful.

Can I have your old one? Lol That's a huge tank. Let me know how it works. I'm liking what I'm seeing with the easiway supra. I'm with you...I'm trying to figure out the best "flow" for my shop to maximize my time I'm putting in. Stream line as much as possible. Thanks for the video!

Bravo to the elevator music while you emptied the tank, lol. Nice edit sir.

Stack your screens to the side that need reclaiming. Put all screens in at once, and when you pull one out to reclaim, put another one in to soak and keep going. Very efficient.

I have a CCI tank in our shop, the ratio is 6:1. I just replaced ours like a month ago.

hey cam, if you used block out instead of liquid take makes it easier to reclaim the screens, only thing is that is good for one time use only but save time in the reclaiming process

We got into printing 2 years ago and have gone thru some expensive learning curves. Although we have done s hand full of small jobs we feel we are at a point because of our skill level to put the pedal down. What would you say is the best way for a startup shop to get business?

If you haven’t already...try ChromaBlue by Chromaline. By far the best reclaiming emulsion I’ve ever used.

Don't have that tank, don't actually know the brand I have as its second hand, but what I do is let them sit for at least 10 to 15 mins when I first dump my solution in and it takes care of all beads no problem. Then more I use it the longer I let them soak. But what Ive learned is if you put your screens in a day or half a day before you decide to do your clean out you shouldn't have any problems. As for the solution, I use ALBACHEM SRC SOLUTION its a 10:1, 10 gallons of water to 1 gallon of solution. I believe my tank is more than 10 gallons and I add 1 1/2 gallons, works perfect for me.

Maybe the strip won't be too hard to take off if you pick it up while applying emulsion. That what I do.
@jsvabenianteartlineprintin5776
Sir, after you put the chemicals on it, how many months it last? Or how often should we change the water on it?

Hey Cam, I started using a scoop to lay the emulsion, but the problem I am having is that when I lay it down print side down I end up getting big spots of emulsion build up after it's done drying? Am I not putting enough pressure and too much emulsion is building up?
@mickesmanymovies
@mickesmanymovies 6 лет назад
THAImyshoee Too much emulsion, definately. We have our frames drying standing up, and if we accidentally leave too thick a layer it will start running. Same problem when drying them laying down.

How often does the chemical need to be changed
@trashtawk4520
@trashtawk4520 3 года назад
Realistically you’d base it off of what works for you, whenever it becomes way more difficult to wash out a screen, it’s probably time to change the fluid
@raffig6626

How bad does it smell?

So essentially we’re paying €300 for a metal tank….. screen printing equipment is so expensive sometimes you gotta stick to alternatives
