You can turn off the Mac/iPhone Reaction effects if you don't want those bubbles and fireworks to pop up. They are pretty distracting for me personally but it didn't take anything away from the information you guys were presenting. Great job as always.
I think Kincaid will be, and is currently being expected to be the true 2nd receiver in the offense. They may take a receiver, but I believe they'll take the best player available, because that's what they should do. I think everyone is completely sleeping on Kincaid as the true second threat, and Shakir as the 3rd. Especially with how the NFL is today, not 10 years ago.
Agree, we also have Knox who i know doesn't always have the best hands. But with the combo of Diggs, Kincaid, Shakir it makes Knox an easy target in the right packages!
Good job reviewing the Beane/McD comments....... Bills got screwed left, right, and center on the Edmunds compensatory pick. Edmunds is one of the very few instances of a former first round pick, who was still very much in his prime, who was a 17 game starter, who did NOT warrant a 3rd round pick! In fact Sportac couldn't find such an instance where this scenario played out.... I love all of the Beane signings so far. Personally, I believe the Bills should definitely pick an edge rusher (Latu/Chop Robinson) in the 1st round if WR's Mitchell, and Thomas are gone! Should be an easy decision. Bills can't afford to miss on this first round pick.
I heard Beane’s comment about the $6 to $7 million of cap space the same way Sal did. They have to use some of it for draft choices and practice squad.
Hey Matt. The Bills moved up 2 spots last year to draft Dalton Kincaid, and had to give up a 4th round pick. The Bills moved up 2 spots the year before to select Kaiir Elam, and had to give up a 4th round pick. So if the Bills are moving up from 28 to 20, they would need to give up a 3rd, or maybe you have to give up both our 4th round picks, and a 6th. Now you would have NO 3rd round or 4th round picks. Not ideal.
Sal I had the same interpretation of the Bills Cap space as you did. Also moving from #28 to #20 in a trade up would cost way more than a 3rd round comp. pick not less as suggested by Bove.
12:39 Unfortunately that 3rd round pick is really going to screw us. Say you wanna move from 28 to about 20th you’d need to probably trade a 3rd and 4th to do it, and now we don’t have it. That’s what it cost KC to move from 29 to 21 in 2022.
For the sake of extra points scored...How about the kicker who kicks it through the uprights on kick offs get 2 points. A max of 10 points on every touchdown!! That can change a game quickly
Were you guys using Microsoft Teams to record this by chance? They recently integrated smart reactions like that based off of gestures you're giving.. putting a thumb up yields a Thumbs Up emoji, you can also trigger a rave nightclub light show with two rocker signs 🤘🏻🤘🏻... I believe other video call softwares have started doing the same as well.
I mean, Sean has an idea of who's going to call defensive plays, but I believe he's leaving it completely open because what he sees in training camp and pre-season may impact the direction he wants to go. The reason he isn't committing is because you media folks take to a story where someone changed their mind, like a dog taking to a new bone. If Sean says he's calling plays but then Babs ends up calling plays, you guys will run with that for months speculating on why Sean would have changed his mind and what the giant implications that has for the whole team. If Sean says he's planning on Babs calling plays, then Sean takes over, you'll go on and on for months about how and why Sean has no confidence in Babs. Please understand I'm not saying necessarily that this applies to you guys specifically, but talking in general to media coverage. The media talking heads often make it a lose/lose situation for players & coaches to answer questions. That's the entire reason Sean rarely provides any information in his interviews that we already didn't know or wasn't readily knowable.
Hopefully the distracting 'effects' can be turned off for future videos. And how does the league decide they only get a 4th for losing a guy who was a 1st round pick??? NFL tilting the playing field again.
