It’s sad how Fredro is reminiscing & darn near every time he mentions someone’s name he realizes that they are no longer here with us, that’s crazy… RIP
I met Onyx at their “Shut’em Down” CD signing. Fredro was the first to arrive. As soon as he got out the car after his driver opened the door, he stood there and pulled out his cellphone while completely ignoring the screaming fans. Keep in mind this was 1998, so my guess is that there was nobody on the other end of the call and that he was showboating. He continued ignoring his fans on his way into the record store. Sticky arrived next, and just said “what’s up” in a non-thrilled tone while mean-muggin’. Finally, Sonee Seeza threw up the “peace” sign while smiling. Fredro and Sticky could learn some humility from Sonny.
😂😂😂 because brandy got the word from her cousin Snoop ... Suge about to die and everybody around him... which happened to be only Pac dying ... if yall get it cool ... if not oh well😂
I flew out to Cali when Tupac signed to Death Row and I had my demo tape with big plans of going to the Row office and getting signed. My cousin who live in L.A refused to take me to the office. They said if they don't like your demo they gonna jump you. They told me how Suge get down and I thought they was just hating but I'm glad they didn't the take me knowing what we know now.
😂 that's funny but it's a blessing it didn't happen . That's sound about right for california gang bangers. Lol😂 my boy from st Louis went to victorville and met my cousin from compton and he played his demo tape for him . My boy said your cousin had a sawed off shot gun and said " that $hit is booboo " . We laughed so hard
@@rickeyware6873 😆. Now I wasn't garbage and I probably could have been signed but my cuz was saying how they only concentrated on Dre,Snoop and the Dogg Pound and Pac just got there so he was going to be the main attraction and all the other artists on the label projects were just sitting on the shelf. But I busted a dj quic dis at Delamo park in Carson and I knew for sure I was gonna get jumped coming straight outta Denver. But they showed me hella love.
He did Brandi dirty though, she didn't deserve to be thrown underneath the bus like that from some1 she loved like that. No one is perfect though, especially me❤
I believe she's original from Mississippi and move to Los Angeles to pursue an acting career or one of her parents got a new job in Los Angeles. Its was an documentary
All this "they made Pac an animal" is corny. Getting shot 5 times and turned on is what made Pac paranoid, less trusting and vengeful. Pac didn't do half the shit he did prior to Deathrow, on Deathrow.
I know he's goofy, Pac was just getting out of prison after being shot before going to Death Row, good guys don't get shot and go to prison, 2Pac shit two police in Atlanta before all of that, these dudes try to make believe like they were so hard, but Pac didn't get tough until he go on Death Row
His name is Biggie not fat boy don't start that fake East coast west coast bs because the government set it all up and the hip hop was used to get it started among BP and yall on that in 2024 only nuts would be on that type of time
😂😂 bro Pac was going to jail and wilding way before the Row, it blows my mind when folks say this and suge literally got Pac out of jail 😂😂 every charge Pac got was before the Row
Suge didn't get Pac out of jail! It was both Atlanta and Columbia records that got Pac out! And both labels robbed Pac as well. And Warner Bros wanted to do a 60 million dollar deal with Pac, but Pac was killed before that deal could take off smh.
I just wanna say just hearing Fedro speak, man "1996" was such a fun/interesting year, for the "Good" times and unfortunately "Bad" times. The food, TV shoes/movies, music, games, clothes etc. Despite being a child (6yrs) i still remember being exposed to alot stuff because of my uncles 🙏
I doubt Suge would have released his project.cousin. people forget that Brandy is Snoop's biological cousin. So she knew more than the interview is saying.
I can’t believe that Kobe used to go to the set of Moesha just to freestyle with the late Lamont Bentley and Fredro Starr that is crazy wow if Kobe wasn’t a basketball player he could have been a rapper what a incredible story telling by fredro starr rest in peace to the icons Kobe Bryant and Lamont Bentley and Tupac there legacy will live on forever 👑🐐👑🐐👑🐐🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🥶🥶🥶🥶😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨😮💨❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️ ❤️
Glad that Brandy advised Fredro not to go. She was only look after for his best interest. Fredro is right because if he went on Death Row, he would become a different man. I think if 2pac was at a different label, he would be alive.
2Pac was always a wild dude according to ppl close to him. Im 95/96 he was just on a warpath to destroy these sellouts in the industry, & those who he felt did him wrong. He wasn't accepting ANYTHING less than respect & success & that is highly admirable. He wasnt just some crazy dude drunk off Deathrow power like some ppl make it seem
What's worst about that is that a lot of these "industry rappers" always say that shit. But speak to any of the Outlaws, Money B, Spice 1 family members etc. who "REALLY" now him will say that Pac was always that way. @@bossplayavon
2pac was very loyal and had a very peaceful side but when he got mad he was like the hulk he went green or like Jekyll and hyde all death row did was add fuel to the fire with him
Why do people always talk sideways about Tupac. Tupac wasn't an animal he just was young and needed something other than music and movies to channel his aggression he been that way from his Digital Underground days
she begged you not to sign to DR because clive davis told her what was about to happen to pac and big;same reason she told mase not to go to that party with big; she was in cali in a hotel with mase when big was murdered and kept him from going to the vibe party
Snoop & Dre, are the only real ones who took it to another level and kept it there. Financially!!! Yeah, Death Row, made a lot of money, but it’s gone.
You should of signed... Your career would of jumped off...You your Own Man...JMJ might would of done a joint venture for you....Follow your own path...Pac was always Gangsta.
Homeboy talking bout Sunset Park coming out 1993 or 1994. Came out 1996. The stuff which happened between 93 and 96 MATTERS!!!! Not being specific bout this says a lot about him...
When was Tupac an animal? I hate when people do interviews as time change, they start talkijg out of their necks. Brandy was Americas little princess coming up after Whitney Houston He asked Bro about Brandy and if she advised him not to go to deathrow and he had to issue disclaimers, downplaying Brandy as if brant was the hottest chick in the game wearing Kobe Bryant jersey before Vanessa. Imagine this dude whom I liked. If she was good enough for Kobe Bean, never mind the fragile. Brandy should’ve been praised by this character, instead he let the audience see he insecurities. There was no one hotter than Brandy. Moesha was the perfect show for little girls. Unfortunately, colorism became an issue in terms of dating on the industry
Funny how people that only casually knew Tupac say he changed after doing Juice but the people that were closer to him say he was wild way before doing that movie. I think people stereotyped him because he was an avid reader and a theatre arts student that he was some square dude until he became famous.
He's talking about the movie The Craft, I love that movie yo and shorty he talking about with curly hair was so fine to me 😅had yams too but anyway, she play on that show, Half and Half with Essence Atkins
