4 TBsp - 50g salt + 10 g curing salt (Instacure #1) - 1.5%
6 Tsp - black pepper - 15 gr
4 Tsp - brown sugar - 20 gr
3 Tsp - garlic powder
1 Tsp - onion powder
4 Tsp - nutmeg - 10gr
1 Tsp - sage
1 Tsp - margoran
1 Tsp - coriander (ground)
1 cup - 200 ML - dark beer or beer of your choise.
