Ingredients
(தேவையான பொருட்கள்)
Sugar (சர்க்கரை) - 10kg
water (தண்ணீர்) - 5 litter
small bread packet( சிறிய பிரட்) - 10 packet
normal Goa( சதா கோவா) - 2kg
Cashew Net( முந்திரி) - 1kg
ghee (நெய்) - 1 litter
cucumber seed ( வெல்லேரி விதை) - 50g
sara dal (சாரா பருப்பு) - 50 g

அல்வா என்று சொன்னாலே நாக்கில் எச்சில் ஊறும். அதிலும் பிரட் அல்வா என்றால் கேட்கவா வேண்டும். பிரியாணி சாப்பிட்ட பிறகு கடைசியாக பிரட் அல்வாவை எடுத்து, ஆற அமர்ந்து அதை பொறுமையாக ரசித்து சாப்பிடும் ருசியே அலாதியானது.. அதிலும் கல்யாண வீட்டு பிரட் அல்வாவின் வாசனை, இலையில் பரிமாறும் போதே ஆளை சுண்டி இழுக்கும். இதுமட்டுமா, சென்னை போன்ற பெருநகரங்களில் இருக்கும் பல ஹோட்டல்களில் பிரட் அல்வா சிச்னேச்சர் ரெசிபியாகவும் உள்ளது.
