This time we visited "Ouchipan" in Kyoto.
The owner, Mr. Nakamura, bakes bread under the motto of "making healthy and delicious bread that can be eaten every day. Baking begins at 3:00 am every morning. It takes a lot of time because he uses simple ingredients and his baking process is very careful and particular. It is hard work, but we are baking bread today for the smiles of our customers, such as the customers who come to our shop every day.
