Bread pudding, turning stale bread into a sweet treat 

Bread pudding can be found in many different cuisines and just as Chilaquiles, Fried rice etc, comes from the need of reusing the left overs.
This is a very simple recipe which gives you the perfect sweet treat to have with your tea or coffee and allows you to reuse that old bread which was starting to be way too hard to do anything with.
