This is a great weekend treat when you have a little extra time to spend on breakfast. We've been trying out different combinations of ingredients and this is definitely the easiest and best one we came up with. Let us know if you try it out.

Ingredients 2 tsb oil 2 cloves garlic 50-100g oyster mushrooms 3tsb tamari (free soy souse) 50g spinach 2 ripe avocados 10 cherry tomatoes 1 lime juice 1/2 tsb salt 1 can baked beans wraps cumin chilli flakes coriander - optional

I'm living over in london 15 years snd my Irish mates came over for weekend session. They were suprised that these felt so indulgent without my usual half a block of kerry gold butter.....i had a butter reliance problem. But lads! thank you again for a quick and easy recipe. i added a side of refried beans and salsa. Rah x

Recent vegan convert, by far your recipes and demos are the best. Great ingredients, well explained, all recipes tried have been spot on . You present in such an enthusiastic way and keep it simple; for 'non' cooks like me it's great I get inspired to give it a go. Keep doing what you do, just fantastic, thank you

The mushrooms you made for this were so similar to a mushroom dish I make regularly! It's just garlic, mushrooms, soy sauce, and a little lemon. Throw them in with some spinach and chopped tomato and it's like a wonderful salad dish. I just eat it in a big bowl for dinner or something. Wonderful and super quick :D

I just made that vegan breakfast burrito. Next time I will skip the spinach. not fond of it, but the rest was delicious. Also, had to switch the beans for pinto beans. It was what I had. Overall a really tasty dish and definitely had to watch your 5 minute baked beans recipe and recreate it. 100 thumbs up! 😋🌯

So many ideas from this channel. Here's a tip from me to you: use a butter knife when slicing the avocado. It is much safer for your hand as you're less likely to cut through the skin, and a ripe avocado does not require a french knife.

2 cloves of garlic Oyster mushrooms 3 tablespoons of tamari sauce 50g spinach tined or homemade baked beans Tortilla Guacamole: 2 ripe avocados Lme or lemon juice half teaspoon salt pinch of black pepper half teaspoon of cumin and chilli seasoning 10 sliced cherry tomatoe

Hi guys, I just love your recipes and most of all watch you making the meals all in front of the camera. That makes it obvious that I can do this too!! Please continue! I also love the simplicity and the fact that you're using "normal" ingredients (although it took me some effort to find tamari over here (Rotterdam) 😊, but it was worth it - every other soy sauce has sugar in it).
