my cereal 100g has 489calories (76carbs,wich 24g sugar, 8g fat, 7g protein) per day i eat all box its just 350g easy to eat plius i drink 1000ml of milk makes my lunch good or morning breakfast
If it's not rainbow colored, chocolate flavored, or coated in sugar, I don't want it. JK...kinda. Generally I do like kids cereals better but Honey Bunches of Oats are also good with fruit. :)
Those cereals that are suppose to be good for you are tasteless . As long as you don't eat a bunch of crap the rest of the day there's nothing harmful about eating Cocoa Puffs for breakfast
