@@Zeps49 Well, that's the point of meditation, to observe thoughts and emotions without judging them. That way, one stops acting impulsively and starts to become aware of the brain's automatic dialogue. That dialogue isn't you, but a conditioned brain that constantly repeats the same thoughts, judgments, beliefs... You can't avoid that dialogue, but you can learn to recognize it without identifying with it. That is awaness.

Im exactly what he says i was hurt and now i hurt others i hate everyone and im so isolated and every step of anger makes me suffer more and i cant get out i hate this all world and i dont even know ehat to do i listened him since years im still a monster.

And lol, even if i manage to reduce this pain by "staying with it completely" it will come back and its noz the root of the problem, its a reacrion to a true sad shit . To correct the world would be better than just "not feel pain anymore" i dont see the sense at all of it
